During the Bigg Boss 4, Veena Malik and Ashmit Patel was a
pair and their names were taken in unison. A few months down the line, both
shot for the film Supermodel and went totally ignorant about each other. The
two were not even on talking terms and that certainly spelled worries for the
director.
Supermodel is being directed by Navin Batra and has Veena
Malik and Ashmit Patel in the lead. The director spoke about the shooting
worries with Veena. The reason for signing Veena Malik and Ashmit was that they
were sharing a great camaraderie and looked promising.
However, as things fell apart between them, worries grew for
the director. But Veena convinced Navin Batra that whenever there is a shot,
she will be giving her 100%. She also added that she will keep all the personal
difference behind and focus on the film.
The couple was pretty popular during the Bigg Boss season.
However, soon after they left the house, they parted ways.
