Dhoom 3 nearing collections of Rs 400 crore

Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan showed how it is done. The superstar acted in the third installment of Dhoom – Dhoom 3 and the film is breaking and setting records all over. There is hardly any place in the entertainment world where Dhoom 3 hasn’t had its say.

Dhoom 3 had reached collections of Rs 300 crores – worldwide – in only eight days flat. There has been no looking for the star ever since the film released and it has been an upward graph for everyone involved. The film has set new benchmarks with exceptional box office collections of more than Rs. 350 crores at the moment.

In fact, as of Monday, the collections stood at Rs. 368.23 crores. There might have hardly been a film that has been so successful in such a short period of time. The success of Dhoom 3 is exceptional, no doubt.

Dhoom 3 breaking box office records all over

Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3 has been breaking box office records all over the place. The film has crossed Rs. 200 crores worldwide. The exact figure according to analysts is Rs. 202.50 crores in four days since the film released on Friday, which was a non-holiday release.

Taran Adarsh, who is a trade analyst has said in a tweet, “So here’s Fri to Mon total of Dhoom3... India Rs. 129.32 cr + Overseas Rs. 73.17 cr. Worldwide total: Rs. 202.49 cr. MIND-BOGGLING!”

The film is indeed taking Bollywood records by storm as it is passing the recent records set by other prominent blockbuster movies of this year as well as recent times. The film is likely to keep the performance going high as there are Christmas and New Year holidays around.

That is why the film is likely to keep gaining at the box office the way it has been since it released last Friday. The film stars Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra in the lead.
