Will Ranbir Kapoor host next Bigg Boss season?

Salman Khan has hosted as many as four seasons of the reality show Bigg Boss. Ranbir Kapoor, it is reported, may host the next season of the show. There have been seven seasons of the show so far. Salmon has hosted four of them and it doesn't look like he will host another season.

As a matter of fact Salman Khan himself is reluctant to host another season again. One of the reasons is that he will be with his new show on social causes. This will keep him busy. However, there is another reason why Salman Khan may quit the show.

The superstar was unhappy when the producers brought back Kushal Random on the show. He had showed his displeasure as well. This now gives a chance to Ranbir Kapoor to host any reality show for the first time.

It remains to be seen what approach Ranbir takes when he starts hosting the next season. However, it is very premature to talk about anything right now.

Gauhar Khan will participate in Bigg Boss 7

One of the participants of the next season of Bigg Boss – Bigg Boss 7 will be Gauhar Khan. She has been seen on the silver screen in films like Ishaqzaade in which Arjun Kapoor made his debut and another film Rocket Singh in which Ranbir was seen in the lead.

The two sisters Gauhar Khan and Nigaar Khan are pretty famous in the world of entertainment and Bollywood. Nigaar Khan is primarily into TV serials rather than the big screen.

As far as Gauhar Khan is concerned, it has been confirmed that she will be indeed participating in the reality show. Participating in a reality show isn’t new to Gauhar as she was previously seen in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the dance reality show.

Pratyusha Banerjee, Kushal Tandon and Hazel Keech are some of the celebrities who are keeping their cards close to their chest and haven’t confirmed anything about their participation. Nasha star Poonam Pandey and Hansika Motwani apart from a few others have confirmed that they won’t be participating in the show.

Salman Khan to get Rs. 130 crores for 26 Bigg Boss episodes

Salman Khan will now be the top paid Bollywood actor pocketing a whopping Rs. 130 crores for 26 Bigg Boss episodes. That means he will be getting Rs. 5 crores per episode. For the previous season of Bigg Boss, which was the sixth season then, Salman used to charge Rs. 2.5 crores for each episode.

The sudden rise in the rates and that too twice what he used to get earlier can be attributed to the fact that he will be seen in a double role for this season. The double role is due to the concept of the show for the season.

For the seventh season of the reality show, the concept is heaven and hail. That is why Salman will be playing the double role. He will be seen in roles like and angel and a devil that goes with the theme of the show.

However, all might not be well for Salman. As he has been charged with charges of culpable homicide in regard to the 2002 case, he may have to face legal action that may potentially not make him available for the show. To overcome this problem, Salman Khan will be shooting a couple of episodes each day every week.
