If rumors are to be believed, love birds Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will be seen in a film together. The film will be an YRF – Yash Raj Films – production. This will be a big jump for the duo to work in a popular and esteemed banner like YRF.

The two aren’t new to facing camera together. Earlier they were seen in a TV commercial and that was the talk of the town. A lot of reports had started to surface after that. And actually, this is when the rumored ‘love story’ of the two stars began.

As a matter of fact, it is the YRF head Aditya Chopra, who is inclined towards doing a film with cricket as the center topic. And who would be a better choice than Anushka and Virat when it comes to Bollywood and cricket?

The duo is in the news all the while and it would not be a wrong choice to rope in Anushka and Virat for a film like this. And what’s more, Virat also found the move ‘interesting’. However, Virat has sought time until April next year to take a final call on this.

Actress Rani Mukerji, who married Aditya Chopra recently, is all pumped up by the project and wants to head it.

Kitu Gidwani to star in Meet The Patels

TV and Bollywood actress Kitu Gidwani will play a pivotal role in her upcoming film Meet The Patels. She will play the character of Rita Patel. She has been roped in the movie after she delivered superlative performances in films like Dance of the Wind and Earth.

She also became very popular after she acted in the television show Shaktimaan a few years back. Speaking about playing Rita, Kitu says she enjoyed working on the character. This is an uncanny character who runs away from wedding and dances with the tribal people.

The character does loads of bad stuff too, Kitu adds. Apart from Rita Patel, there are two other key male characters in the film, Tom Patel and Jerry Patel, who sound pretty much on the lines of the cartoon characters Tom and Jerry.

Shiv Pandit, Shazahn Padamsee and Kettan Singh along with Vaishali Desai will be seen in the film directed by Saurabh Verma, which is slated to release in 2015. The director is excited to have someone like Kitu in the film and feels that she will add the punch to it.

Trisha to marry Varun Manian next year

The popular south Indian actress Trisha is all set to marry Varun Manian, probably next year. Reports have been doing rounds in the industry about Trisha’s possible marriage to Varun Manian, who is a producer.

Reports gained grounds for the news when pictures of Trisha were spotted online. The pictures showed her with a ring on her left hand ring finger. It is understood that the picture of the actress was posted by her friend.

Varun Manian is a Chennai-based entrepreneur and his mother, Ranjini is a popular figure in the city. She has founded Global Adjustments and is also the CEO of the firm.

The person who posted the pictures of Trisha on the social sites addressed himself/herself as the ‘friend’ of the actress and states that ‘a friend of mine’ will soon be married.

Of course, the final confirmation had to come from Trisha. When she was asked to confirm the reports, Trisha didn’t give a concrete answer. She wasn’t too interested in giving one either. But if reports are anything to go by, it will be Varun Manian with whom Trisha will be getting married.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s first look in Roy

The first look of Jacqueline Fernandez in her upcoming film Roy has become public. The Sri Lankan beauty plays a double role in the film. And she has revealed both her looks. The images were released on Twitter.

Apart from Jacqueline Fernandez, Roy stars Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. It is the first time that Jacqueline will be seen in a double role and that too in two different looks. And understandably, for this the producer is excited.

Bhushan Kumar, the producer feels that this will be the USP of the film that will grip attention of the viewers. The two roles that Jacqueline will don in the film are that of a film director and the other will be of an art director.

As the art director, Jacqueline’s character Tia, is seen in a sophisticated look and has cropped hair. As for the director’s role, she will look casually dressed with longer locks to go with accessories. This character, Ayesha will also have tattoos on her neck.

The film is in its final stages of shooting in Mumbai and will be released a day before Valentine’s Day next year.

Kim Kardashian to enter Bigg Boss on November 22

Reality TV queen Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she will enter the Bigg Boss house in India on November 22. This will be a special appearance of the socialite in the show. This will be her first ever visit to India and it is understood that she will be here for promoting her new brand fragrance.

This coming Saturday Kim will show up on the show and will just be a guest. There she will interact with the other housemates. The 34-year old reality show star, whose show Keeping Up With The Kardashians is a hit, will be seen on the show for the day.

Kim Kardashian married Kanye West and also has North West, her one-year old daughter. Speaking about her visit to India, Kim said that she was very excited about coming to India for her maiden visit.

“Namaste India... I am coming to India... into the Bigg Boss house”, Kim said this in her statement regarding her India visit.

The sex siren is busy in a world tour for promoting her new fragrance, Fleur Fatale. And yes, this is a lonely world tour for her as she isn’t carrying her baby with her.

Sonakshi Sinha in a mood to hang Kamaal R Khan

Who doesn’t know Kamaal R Khan and his controversies? And this time, it is Sonakshi Sinha with whom the controversial film maker in a public spat. Actually, KRK, as Kamaal R Khan is also known as, has taken jibes on social networking sites with various other Bollywood celebrities.

The latest in the list is Sonakshi Sinha. By his tweets, KRK drags other people in the controversy too. This time, it is understood that he had spoken about Sonakshi Sinha’s assets in his tweet.

He had also mentioned that people should retweet (those tweets) if they felt that Parineeti Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone have big butts. KRK tagged this as a ‘survey’, which was carried out for determining who the sexist lady of them all was.

This was the tweet he wrote yesterday (Wednesday) “Pls RT this if you think tat @SonakshiSinha has biggest butt in Bollywood.(sic)” And yes, KRK had removed the tweet in which he had spoken about the actress’s name.

However, the daughter of Shotgun didn’t show any mercy on KRK saying that he should be hanged up side down and that he was a waste of space.

After that, KRK again took to Twitter saying, “Dear @sonakshisinha Ji I am really sorry if you took it in disrespecting way. It's just a survey to choose sexiest actress of Bollywood.”

Sukirti Kandpal scours for work after Bigg Boss eviction

Sukirti Kandpal may not have expected to come out of the Bigg Boss house that soon. But now that things have developed and there’s nothing she can do, there’s one thing that’s always open to doing – scouring for new work. And that’s what she is doing right now.

The TV actress is hoping that some new projects will come her way after the stint with the reality show. Still it will be too early to talk of anything. However, what Sukriti has decided is to take a break and go on a holiday.

There is no project with her currently. The two-week stay with Bigg Boss might not be the thing she had expected. So, there’s no work at the moment. She said that she had completed all her assignments before entering the house. And that she needs to plan for the future now.

Sukriti was previously seen in TV shows like Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani as well as Dill Mill Gayye. It now remains to be seen when and how does the TV actress accept her upcoming projects. Honestly, the Bigg Boss stint hasn’t had much to talk of her!

Bigg Boss 8: Sukirti Kandpal Evicted from Bigg Boss House

As expected the eviction of Sukriti from the house of Bigg Boss has finally materialized.  Honestly enough, some people were expecting that Sukriti would get eliminated and that guess came true.

There were two inmates of the Bigg Boss house of the previous season – Kamya Punjabi and VJ Andy. The two told the inmates the feel in the audience outside the house about them. Kamya also had words of wisdom for the contestants.

Kamya further added that the reality show is a game show and should be played that way. According to her, the inmates to not look settled down and don’t feel at home even when the show is more than two weeks old now.

The Bigg Boss 8 is indeed to pick up some pace and make headlines. The season hasn’t grabbed as many eyeballs as it would have expected. The audience needs to see some twists and turns and only that will increase the TRP for the show.
