Sonakshi Sinha to start shooting of her next film

Sonakshi Sinha is all set to start the shooting of her forthcoming film soon. The film will be made by A.R. Murugadoss and is not titled yet. However, it is understood that it is going to be a thriller film.

The actress also posted the news on Twitter (as follows):

“My first day of shoot today for @ARMurugadoss sirs film!”

This will be the third film for A.R. Murugadoss in Hindi. The first film was Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini followed by Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.

Sonakshi will also share the screen space with her father Shatrughan Sinha. However, it is not known what kind of role he will be playing in the film. Fox Star Studios will be producing the film, which is going to be a remake of Mounaguru, a Tamil film.

Anurag Kashyap is another prominent face in the film. It is understood that he will be playing the negative role. Only the characters playing the prominent roles have been finalized. The rest will be done soon.

In Action Jackson Ajay Devgn has three heroines to romance with

In his upcoming film Action Jackson, star Ajay Devgn will be seen romancing as many as three heroines. Apart from that, there will also be a sword and a knife fight in Bollywood after quite a considerable period of time.

Out of the three women in the film, two of them are known faces. Sonakshi Sinha is the first actress out of them and the second is Yami Gautam. However, the director of the film Prabhu Deva wanted a new face for the third leading lady.

The actress, according to Prabhu Deva, should have a lean body and be a tall girl. Their search ended in the form of Manasvi Mamgai. For those who do not know, Manasvi Mamgai is a former Miss India. In 2010 she had won the title.

In one of the promotional posters of the film, she is seen in a bare back to the camera. There are tattoos on her back to the lower side and her right shoulder. There is also “AJ” on her back. These are the initials of Ajay Devgn. These are on her back as she is extremely crazy of Ajay Devgn’s Jai character in the film.

The latest in the list is Sonakshi Sinha. By his tweets, KRK drags other people in the controversy too. This time, it is understood that he had spoken about Sonakshi Sinha’s assets in his tweet.

He had also mentioned that people should retweet (those tweets) if they felt that Parineeti Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone have big butts. KRK tagged this as a ‘survey’, which was carried out for determining who the sexist lady of them all was.

This was the tweet he wrote yesterday (Wednesday) “Pls RT this if you think tat @SonakshiSinha has biggest butt in Bollywood.(sic)” And yes, KRK had removed the tweet in which he had spoken about the actress’s name.

However, the daughter of Shotgun didn’t show any mercy on KRK saying that he should be hanged up side down and that he was a waste of space.

After that, KRK again took to Twitter saying, “Dear @sonakshisinha Ji I am really sorry if you took it in disrespecting way. It's just a survey to choose sexiest actress of Bollywood.”

Sonakshi Sinha remains silent about Rowdy Rathore sequel

As almost every successful film has a sequel today, after the success of Rowdy Rathore, its sequel is in the pipeline now. However, as expected there is no official word from anyone about the film. The leading lady of the, Sonakshi Sinha says that the people will know once everything is finalized.

People do expect a sequel to the successful films and we will keep them updated about the development, said the actress when she was speaking at an event. The film, directed by Pradhu Deva, was a success which went on to cross the Rs. 100 cr. mark. The film was produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The film was a turning point for the hero Akshay Kumar as he made his comeback as an action hero. The dialogues of the films and the filmy masala were highlights that made the film work.

Sonakshi Sinha won’t don a bikini on screen

We had recently reported to you about Parineeti Chopra not minding wearing a bikini on screen. Now we are reporting the opposite about Sonakshi Sinha. Sonakshi has said that there is no place for bikini for her on screen. She said that “I am not that kind of a person” about wearing a bikini.

Sonakshi said that there has been a certain system in the way she has been brought up. She even said that there were certain restrictions that she had to follow. And there is no reason why she should change that way.

She further said that she has been accepted by the audience where she was fully dressed. Then why is the reason for her to resort to wearing a bikini or similar clothes? She will be mostly seen in the conventional outfits in most of her forthcoming films.

Some of the films like Rowdy Rathore, Once Upon a Time Again, Joker, and Dabangg 2 are in the pipeline for Sonakshi Sinha.

It is being speculated that the bold and beautiful Kareena Kapoor will set the screens on fire with her sizzling performance for an item number in Dabangg 2. In Dabangg, it was Malaika Arora Khan who literally made the young generation crazy with her ‘Munni badnaam hui’ item song. It is now the turn of Kareena Kapoor to do a Munni.

Kareena Kapoor has been known for her excellent dance sequences and she is an acclaimed dancer herself. She has shown her dancing abilities through various songs through the films she has acted in. However, saying yes to an item song that has such a huge popularity graph is no child’s play. Kareena will have to give her best, as there will naturally be comparison between Malaika Arora Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Shatrughan Sinha upset with Sonakshi Sinha

Like Sanjay Dutt, Shatrughan Sinha also did not want his daughter, Sonakshi Sinha to do films. He allowed her to do films only on one prime condition – the dignity of his family should remain intact. But it seems there is a scratch on the dignity that the senior Sinha has been so desperate to keep.

However, media reports surfaced making headlines. The reports linked Sonakshi Sinha to her co-star Ranveer Singh claiming that the two of them were off from work on Valentine’s Day to celebrate the special occasion. When the veteran actor came to know about this, he sought an explanation not only from his daughter but also from the unit members.

Actually both Sonakshi and Ranveer are shooting for Lootera in Kolkata and the reports of their closeness started emanating from there only. It was difficult to convince Shatrughan to let Sonakshi stay on who demanded her to be sent home forthwith.

It was then understood that it was a prank played by someone and there is no truth in the reports. In fact these aren’t reports but rumors. There is nothing between the two to term it as romance. The film’s producer, Vikas Bahl also confirmed this.

Now Karishma Kapoor’s item number for Rowdy Rathore

In the list of the actresses who are willing to do item numbers, the latest is Karishma Kapoor. She will have an item number for Rowdy Rathore. The film Rowdy Rathore stars Akshay Kumar along with Sonakshi Sinha. The veteran Naseerudin Shah will also be seen in the film.

A couple of days ago we had reported to you about Amisha Patel getting into the item number act. Now the next to enter will be the Kapoor girl, well lady actually, Karishma. There will certainly be a fight between the comparatively new ladies for item numbers – Amisha Patel and Karishma Kapoor.

It remains to be seen how Karishma handles this form of entertainment. Certainly that is not easy. There are already big names like Malika Arora Khan and Katrina Kaif who have experienced unprecedented success with item numbers over the last 12 to 15 months.

It will be a big challenge for Karishma Kapoor to pull an item song by her own.

Sonakshi Sinha quits Race 2 for Dabangg 2

Sonakshi Sinha had literally no option but to quit the race for Race 2 and go back for Dabangg 2 with the Khans. One call from Arbaaz Khan and Sonakshi had no choice but to go back where she started her Bollywood career. Sonakshi had already given her dates for Race 2.

But now Sonakshi would be doing the sequel of the film that made her a household name almost overnight. As a matter, Arbaaz Khan, who is the producer of Dabangg 2 believes that someone preferring to move out of the Khan clan are doing Abhinav Kashyap’s next film.

Arbaaz Khan has made up his mind when it comes to the cast of Dabangg 2. There is no doubt that he wants Sonakshi in the sequel as well. this has now gone on to become a prestige point for him.

In the meantime Abhinav Kashyap is also preparing for his next film. Abhinav Kashyap had unceremonious fallout with the Khan brothers. However, as far as Sonakshi is concerned, it is a very difficult time for her. Abbas and Mustan have very close relations with Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha – Sonakshi’s parents.

The first draft of Dabangg 2 is ready

The work for the script of Dabangg 2 is on its way. The first draft is finished already. Producer Arbaaz Khan has given this latest information about the developments of the film. There is a lot of hype around the sequel to Dabangg. Dabangg created and broke records at the box office, when it released last year.

The work on the film is on. They are now all waiting for the dates of Salman Khan. Once the dates and other technical things are finalized, the shooting for the film will start. However, it is easier said than done. The shooting of the film will not start for approximately another year.

According to Arbaaz Khan, the actual shooting will start only in mid-September in 2012 – exactly a year later. However, Arbaaz is rather nervous about making the sequel to Dabangg. He admitted that there would certainly be higher expectations after the success of Dabangg. However, he is up for the task.

The film Dabangg was one of the many hits dished out by Salman Khan. It earned around Rs. 145 crores. Sonakshi Sinha is considered to be the find of Dabangg.

No takers for Paris Hilton in Bollywood?

The much talked about trip of Paris Hilton to India has finally begun. She arrived in the economical capital of India, Mumbai, yesterday (Saturday). She is in India for a three-day visit. However, Bollywood seemed lesser perturbed by the socialite’s arrival here. It was yet another usual day in the life of Bollywood and the actors.

There was socialite Queenie Dhody, to welcome Paris at the J W Marriot hotel. Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sonakshi Sinha, Abhay Deol, and Arjun Rampal along with Imran Khan were some of the guests who were invited to attend the bash. However, most of them could not make themselves available at that specific time.

But among those who attended the bash, were Sushmita Sen, Bipasha Basu and Kangana Ranaut were present. If you remember, we had reported some days ago that, Paris Hilton was thinking of suing Kangana Ranaut (and yet she was present with Ms. Hilton!)
Meanwhile, after landing in India, the hotel heiress said that she found Indian women to be very “exotic and gorgeous”.

“Had the best time at my party last night! Met so many amazing people! The women in India are so exotic and gorgeous!” she tweeted after having her first encounter with India.

Sonakshi Sinha wants the item number all for herself

The much talked about item number in which Sonakshi Sinha is the leading lady, is in the news. The item number is in the film Joker. The item number in the film is to be shot on Sonakshi Sinha. According to the ‘rumors’ Minissha Lamba, the other leading lady in the film came to know about the same.

When Minissha came to know about this, she requested Sonakshi to allow her to be a part of that item song as well. However, how can Sonakshi do that? She wanted Minissha to remain out of the song. Enjoying the song as a single and lone lady in an item song is certainly Sonakshi’s desire.

Shirish Kunder, who is the producer of the film, had to find a solution to keep both the ladies happy. To keep Minissha happy, Shirish promised her a music video for the film. However, Minissha Lamba was not too pleased.

As a matter of fact, Sonakshi had a couple of reasons to refuse the inclusion of Minissha in the item song. There were a couple of examples of Zarine Khan’s item song in Ready and that of Katrina Kaif’s item song in Bodyguard, in which Kareena Kapoor is the leading lady.

Amisha Patel to make a comeback through Race 2

As there are reports of yesteryear heroines making a comeback on the silver screen, so is Amisha Patel. She will be seen in Race 2. The lovely lady has been away from the big screen for a long time now. A film like Race 2 should be worthwhile to see her back in Bollywood.

The charming leading lady from south, Nayanthara, has given the nod to act in the remake of the item song from Salman Khan starrer Dabangg. The film is being made in Tamil and is titled Osthi. Nayanthara will be seen in the song that was originally choreographed on Sonakshi Sinha.

The shooting of the film is currently underway. The shooting will soon be completed. In fact, the film is scheduled to be released by the year end. Earlier, there were some inexplicable reports doing the rounds on the Internet that the south sex bomb, Nayanthara was going to quit acting. However, after Nayanthara accepting the offer, all the rumors have been put to rest.

In some recent developments for Nayanthara, the actress converted to Hinduism on this last Sunday at the Arya Samaj Temple in Chennai. Guesses are being made that the actress converted as the first step to marrying her long time love, the ace choreographer Prabhu Deva.

Arbaaz Khan clears the air about Sohail Khan’s role in Dabangg 2

Producer Arbaaz Khan has made it very clear that his brother, Sohail Khan will not be a part of Dabangg 2 as are the news currently making the rounds. The news of Sohail Khan’s inclusion in their home production got hotter when the reports spoke of him expression his willingness to work in the film.

So, this is what Arbaaz Khan had to say about Sohail which he posted on his Twitter page: “Dabangg’ sequel starts mid next year and doesn’t have my brother Sohail acting in it like some newspapers reported”. This should now put an end to all the speculations being made about the Sohail’s inclusion in the film.

However, Arbaaz is set to become a director with this film. As there are some differences with the original director of Dabangg, Abhinav Kashyap, the actor and producer may most likely turn a director too.

There is around one full year until the shooting of Dabangg 2 starts. It has already been declared that Sonakshi Sinah will also be a part of the sequel.

Where’s Sonakshi Sinha’s SMS sent to Katrina Kaif? Has it disappeared into thin air? Well, no one knows where it is. But if the two sides are taken into consideration, then there is a battle of words going on. One says, the SMS is sent while the other party is denying it flatly.
Call it a catfight or a cold war. But the latest catfight in Bollywood is between Sonakshi Sinha and Katrina Kaif. Sources close to Sonakshi Sinha are accusing Katrina Kaif that, she does not reply back to Sonakshi’s SMSes. When Katrina came to know this, she did was not able to keep her cool.
The reason was that, whom she would reply to if she did not get any SMS at all. People close to Katrina defend by saying that, Kat always respects other actors and actresses in Bollywood and always maintains a cordial relationship with them all. That is why there is no reason why she would not reply to Sonakshi Sinha as well.

It is not only people close to Sonakshi who are pointing fingers at Katrina for not replying back. But in fact, it is Sonakshi herself who has been saying this all along. Initially, Kat took diplomatic approach to address this issue. But when she came to know that, even Sonakshi is spreading these stories, it really got to her nerves. Sonakshi Sinha donated prize money to Being Human

Some days ago we had reported to you about Sonakshi Sinha being on the hot seat of the reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Hey, don’t get astonished. The new actress was on the hot seat of the Bhojpuri version of KBC. Interestingly, the show in hosted by her father Shatrughna Sinha.

Sonakshi won a chunk of an amount on the show answering correct questions all the way. That made it possible for her to win a handsome amount. The Dabangg star, Sonakshi Sinha, directed most of the amount for her mentor Salman Khan’s Being Human foundation.

She said that she believed that donating for a foundation like ‘Being Human’ would mean that the money being used for the right cause. She even said that she would very much like to help those in need. That is the reason why Sonakshi donated the amount to ‘Being Human’.

There is another reason to be happy for Sonakshi Sinha. The actress has turned 24 years old today. Yes, it’s happy birthday time for Sonakshi. The last year has been like a dream for her. Hardly might she have imagined how famous and popular she would have grown a year later.
