The differences between Kangana Ranaut and Sanjay Dutt were well known. It was during the shooting of the home production for Sanjay Dutt’s Rascals, that the differences between them started to surface. They were so high that Kangana could literally find no place in the Dutt camp. She was also not seen in any event regarding the film.

However, things seem to have come back to square one. Kangana might just be as favorite with Sanjay Dutt and Co. as she was before. The reason? Well, the patch up between Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta. The two Sanjays have patched up means good news for Kangana as well.

The beginning of good news has started already with Maanyata – Sanjay Dutt’s wife inviting Kangana to their place for Mata ki Chowki. However, the relations were too strained between the two. And the fact that Kangana had signed Sanjay Gupta’s film Gangster seemed to be the last nail in the coffin.

Fortunately, everything has set right now. It is quite possible that Maanyata, who is close to Kangs might have called her.

Salman Khan becomes the highest paid host on TV

With the next season of Bigg Boss just round the corner, Salman Khan can boast of being the highest paid actor on the small screen. It is estimated that Salman will be pocketing as much as Rs. 3.8 to Rs. 4 crores per episode for the show. Though he was sharing the space with Sanjay Dutt in the last season, still Salman was paid around Rs. 3 crores per episode.

However, after his success with Ek Tha Tiger and the immense popularity of his films, there is hardly any doubt that his value is on the rise. Salman Khan is the only actor from Bollywood who has delivered more than three hits at the box office garnering more than Rs. 100 crores in each film.

Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are some of the other names in the Bollywood who are pocketing huge sums of money for hosting various shows for each episode. How can the list be complete without the mention of Amitabh Bachchan and Kaun Banega Crorepati?

As a matter of fact, the league of Amitabh Bachchan is a bit different as he has signed a contract for Rs. 100 crores for as many as three seasons.

After the success of Ek Tha Tiger, there is another gift from Salman Khan on Eid – Sher Khan. The project was in the news some days back. However, it is back in the news once again. The film will be a fantasy, action and adventure thriller that will certainly be one of its kinds.

There was another reason for the project to be in the news. It was actually a similarity in the title. Another movie, Sher, was also being contemplated. Sanjay Dutt was to play the lead role the film. However, it looks like the producer is in financial troubles at the moment.

The entire project is being planned very carefully. It is estimated that the script writers along with director Sohail Khan have been planning the stunts carefully. It is expected that the special effects alone would cost a whopping Rs. 12 crores. If the news is to be believed, the body double is someone close to the project.

Prachi Desai will romance Sanjay Dutt

Bollywood knows no age barrier when it comes to romancing. The example is Prachi Desai romance Sanjay Dutt in their upcoming film. The film they will be acting in is the remake of the Tamil film Saamy. The shooting will soon get underway in Hyderabad. It was Sonakshi Sinha before who had agreed to romance an actor who was her senior.

There is no wonder that Prachi Desai has given nod to working with Sanjay Dutt. She is now looking to work with established actors in Bollywood post her success in Bol Bachchan. That will give her more advantage as an actress and more chances of the film becoming a hit.

The young lady has already started her way to the entertainment industry. But then the question rises, if she has got any tips from Sanju Baba? The reply from Nazia is straightforward. She says that she has grown all these years watching Sanju chacha on screen.

She admitted that there has been hardly any help from her uncle. Though both of them share the same background, Nazia has been trying to make her own way in the industry. Nazia Hussain is the granddaughter of Akhtar Hussain, who was also a film maker.

The southern beauty Shriya Saran will be seen in a Bollywood movie and will also have an item number in it. We are talking about the film Zilla Ghaziabad in which Sanjay Dutt will be seen in a lead role. Shriya confirmed that she has done an item song in the film.

Shriya Saran is a well-known name in the south film industry. However, in Bollywood too she has films like Gali Gali Chor Hai, Mission Istanbul and Tuzhe Meri Kasam to her credit. Zilla Ghaziabad will be her fourth film in the Hindi film industry.

The south Indian actress said that shooting the song was indeed a fun part of the entire project. She further added that she enjoyed watching herself on the screen and was amused every time.

Amisha Patel denies reports of sour relation with Sanjay Dutt

Amisha Patel has come forward strongly to deny the reports alleging that there is a rift between the relations with Sanjay Dutt. She also said that the reports about Sanjay touching her in an inappropriate manner and commenting about her dress are also baseless. It was reported that the comments were made by Sanju Baba when they were in Goa for Rohit Dhawan’s marriage.

The Bollywood actress said that Sanjay Dutt is like a brother to her and that he has never misbehaved with her at all. She feels that the actor is like a brother to her and she feels secure due to this. Further commenting she said that Sanjay wants her to marry a rich man so that she could live a regal life.

Shah Rukh Khan manhandles Shirish Kunder?

The entire world knows that Shah Rukh Khan and Shirish Kunder, husband of veteran choreographer Farah Khan are at loggerheads. That is no new news for those who know things about these two Khan families. But things went on to become physical between the two last (Sunday) night at a party.

Both Shah Rukh Khan and Shirish Kunder were guests at Sanjay Dutt’s party yesterday night. It is understood that SRK attacked Mr. Kunder then and there. Well, it was no verbal attack. It was a total physical attack that SRK launched on Kunder.

When Farah Khan came to know this, she said that she remembered Shah Rukh saying that physical abuse is the worst possible way of sorting out any problem. She also said that according to SRK, the person who is beating up another fellow is passing through either a personal or a professional crisis.

According to reports, SRK pulled Shrish Kunder down by holding his long hair. It is really shocking to know and see this, a witness confirmed.

Salman Khan is ready for to host Bigg Boss Season 6

The storm raised by the grand finale of the Bigg Boss season 5 has yet not settled down and there is news for the next season already. Salman Khan is in the news again. He has had a blast with hosting the fifth season of Bigg Boss. He along with Sanjay Dutt had a gala time working as the co-host of the show.

Bipasha Basu was expected to do an item number in the film Zilla Ghaziabad. She was in fact roped in the film for the very same reason. But Bipasha’s refusal has made her go empty-handed. She has now been neglected for the leading role in the film which she was expected to do opposite Vivek Oberoi.

Salman khan may not help in launching Siddhant Kapoor

Salman khan is known to have helped many friends in Bollywood redeem their careers. Be it the settled ones who were running out of luck, or launching new faces. Shakti’s son Siddhant Kapoor is staring at his debut film Shootout at Wadala. The Jr. Kapoor will be launched by Anil Kapoor in direction of Sanjay Gupta.

Siddhant Kapoor was to be launched by Salman and Sanjay Dutt. Shakti Kapoor is at present a participant in of the Big Boss. He accepted the fact recently that he did not go well with a superstar in past. He also said that the superstar was to launch his son.

He also said that due to his unwarranted actions, the relations with that star were disturbed. Shakti Kapoor added that in he regretted wrong doings. But it was quite late to correct these wrong deeds.

Currently Shah Rukh Khan is busy promoting his film Ra.One. However, he will not be a guest on the reality show Bigg Boss. He will not be there for reasons best known only to him and probably many others. As a matter of fact, Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy visiting many reality shows to promote his film.

However, the refusal to be a guest on Bigg Boss has more to do with the presence of Salman Khan. Actually, SRK said that he would be touring the city during the time when he was expected to visit Bigg Boss. The lack of time is the common answer that has come to the fore again.

Shah Rukh Khan has already been a guest on India’s Got Talent, L’ll Champs and Just Dance. SRK said that there are all the people associated with these shows who are his friends and so he could not help but go there. He said that he went to IGT because he is good friends with Kirron Kher. He further said that he visited JD just because Hrithik Roshan is his friend and had invited him.

But Mr. King Khan, isn’t Sanjay Dutt your good friend? Then why did you not choose to go there? However, SRK will be on the show Kaun Banega Crorepati. It seems SRK preferred Amitabh Bachchan over Salman Khan.

Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan starrer Rascals in trouble

Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan starrer film Rascals is in troubles these days. The first production for Sanjay Dutt seems to be caught in the rough weather. Actually, the reasons for these are the rejection of multiplex theaters to show the film. That could prove to be a big setback for the film.

These days multiplex play a major role in screening of films. However, it does not seem to be the case for this film. This is what the actual problem is. There is a dispute between partners of Rupali Aum Entertainment, Sanjay Ahluwali and Vinay Choksey, and Cinemax Pvt. Ltd.

The story behind this dispute is that Cinemax paid Rs.2 crore, around three years ago, in 2008 for movie making. The CEO of Cinemax Sunil Punjabi says that their company, were to make movies. But their commitment did not get fulfilled. That is why there is this decision of boycotting this comedy film. “We will not release it in Cinemax multiplex chain” was the answer where Cinemax has 126 screens.

The reality show Bigg Boss kicks off today. This is the fifth season of the reality show – Bigg Boss 5. There have been a lot of talks about who the likely housemates would be. There had been talks about someone like Sachin Tendulkar to be one of them. Here is a list of the inmates:

Despite his surgery, Salman Khan is flip-flopping with Ek Tha Tiger and Bigg Boss. He is shooting Ek Tha Tiger in the Irish capital. The new season of Bigg Boss kicks off from tomorrow – Sunday. So as promised, Salman Khan will be there to set the ball rolling for the reality show.

However, it will not be easy for Salman Khan to pull things off. Yes, he will be sporting a smiling face when he will be seen on the Bigg Boss. However, it will not be difficult to predict what toughness goes behind that smile. He will be there along with Sanjay Dutt as the other co-host.

Salman Khan’s surgery has come at exactly the wrong time. The film, for which he is currently shooting for, Ek Tha Tiger, requires him to travel to different international locations at the same time. He has to take extra care of himself after the instructions of the doctors. Apart from the travelling, he has also to keep a watch on the schedule when he has to visit his doctor again.

Salman has gone down on his smoking volume. However, he has not yet quit smoking for good. We hope that day will certainly dawn in Salman’s life!

Since Salman Khan became a superstar, it might be the first occasion that he was out of Mumbai at a stretch for so many days. Initially, he went to the United States for his treatment and then he was shooting for Ek Tha Tiger along with Katrina Kaif. The shooting was in Dublin.

He arrived at the Sahara airport in Mumbai in the early hours of Wednesday. He visibly looked a bit tired. That was quite understandable as the journey could have taken a toll on him.

He will now be seen on the small screen along with Sanjay Dutt. The two mega stars are scheduled to host the next season of the reality show Bigg Boss. The shooting for the show will get underway soon.

Kangana Ranaut and Sanjay Dutt war soars

The kindness, the softness and the friendship that Kangana Ranaut and Sanjay Dutt were sharing is dissolving fast in this monsoon season. There have been flashes of news about the two on not being on good terms every now and then. There is one latest feather to this thorny cap.

In one of the latest unwanted developments, Kangana Ranaut has given a plain refusal to finish her part of the dubbing that is remaining in the film Rascals. According to the reports, Kangana left the studios midway through and demanded some more compensation for her work for the film directed by David Dhawan.

According to the sources, Kangana was roped in to the film for an amount of Rs. 75 lakhs. The reports say that the amount has already been paid to Ms. Ranaut. To top it all, there was Rs. 5 lakhs extra paid to her. Now, Kangana wants more bucks. According to the sources, the actress is demanding extra Rs. 10 lakhs.

Incidentally, the film is produced by Sanjay Dutt – with whom Kangana is not on good terms. When all the payments have been done to Kangana and she is still refusing to complete her work, the producers are thinking of lodging a complaint with the Cine And TV Artistes Association (CINTAA).

Why is Bollywood desperate for publicity?

The PR offices in Mumbai are flooded with offers and work currently. If on one side there is the highest numbers of films made in India, then on the other, they are the most aggressively marketed of the lots at this time. There has never been such a situation in Bollywood before. What is driving all to promote films so harder?

There has been every possible step used to promote films. The most important factors have been the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Apart from that the small screen has also been used to the fullest. Shahid Kapoor played a weather reporter for the promotion of his film Mausam.

One of the very recent examples was the felicitation done by Kareena Kapoor of bodyguards in real life. Shera, Salman Khan’s bodyguard for more than 15 years now did the honors to promote the film as Salman was in the States for medical attention.

Amitabh Bachchan was the guest principal in colleges during the promotion of Aarakshan. Genelia and John Abraham ‘married accidentally’ in Force. The host couple of Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan had a forged war of words to promote Bigg Boss 5. And how can we forget the ‘jalebibai’ – Mallika Sherawat,

who literally made jalebis to promote Double Dhamaal.

As the surgery, the health problems and the flight to the US every two months have been made public, there is a big question mark on how much can Salman Khan contribute as a host to the reality show Bigg Boss 5. As far as the current scenario is concerned, it looks very impossible that Salman Khan can host every episode of the show.

There are in fact two episodes to be shot on the trot. This can prove very demanding for Salman Khan at the moment. This leaves Sanjay Dutt to shoot for some of the episodes on a solo basis. The promos of the show have started and the show is all but ready to go on air from the next month.

But as a matter of fact, the channel wants both the super stars to be present while hosting the show at the same time. Both of them have their own style of entertaining their audience. But given Salman’s health problems, it may not be possible.

There is yet no word on what decision the channel takes. But it looks nearly impossible that Sallu be made to shoot despite his ill health.
