Vivek Oberoi basking in the success of Grand Masti

Vivek Oberoi is pretty overtaken by the success of his latest film Grand Masti and is basking in its success. However, that wasn't possible with the audiences and he has thanked his heart out for them. The film has been termed as an adult comedy. However, it has yet been panned by the critics.

According to the Bollywood actor what has gone in his favor is the fact that the audience has appreciated the film in spite of the flick having bold content and pretty much bold comedy. However, all seem to have welcomed the film alike.

He further added that the kind of response in terms of the shows going houseful has been like an overwhelming response. The whistles and the appreciation is mind blowing, Vivek added.

The film has been directed by Indra Kumar and apart from Vivek the other star cast includes Riteish Deshmukh and the male lead Aftab Shivdasani and Manjari Phadnis and Karishma Tanna apart from Bruna Abdullah in the female lead. Sonalee Kulkarni and Kainaat Arora also play pivotal roles in the film.

The film has been made at a budget of around Rs. 35 crores and in the very first weekend, the film has grossed more than Rs. 40 crores.

Only an auto driver can feel the heat of Mallika Sherawat’s assets

Many of us have often talked about Mallika Sherawat’s assets and seriously speaking they are indeed an asset to her (no pun intended). And yes, there is no affectation here. But an auto driver recently got pretty up-close with Mallika Sherawat’s assets – probably more than all of you who are reading this. And yes do not blame this poor chap if he loses focus from his job.

It so happened that Mallika Sherawat was shooting for a film sequence with her co-star Vivek Oberoi. The two stars were supposed to travel in the auto for that specific scene. However, the auto driver got distracted by the presence of the extremely hot and sexy Mallika Sherawat.

Vivek Oberoi and Mallika Sherawat needed to travel in an auto rickshaw to shoot a song. However, as Mallika is always comfortable with revealing clothes, so she got the pair during the song as well. However, there was no way the driver could get his eyes off Mallika.

It was the rear view mirror that gave the driver a glimpse of how hot Mallika is. There were as many as 15 takes for that particular shot. However, things didn’t improve and finally they had to improvise at the last moment bringing Vivek at the driver’s seat.

Bipasha Basu out of Zilla Ghaziabad

Bipasha Basu was expected to do an item number in the film Zilla Ghaziabad. She was in fact roped in the film for the very same reason. Vivek Oberoi was the male leading cast opposite Bipasha in the film. As the item numbers are in great demand, the makers of Zilla Ghaziabad wanted Bips in the song.

However, it came as a shock to Vivek Oberoi when he came to know that Bipasha Basu has refused the item song which she was expected to do with him and Sanjay Dutt. However, he did not go into a lot of detail and not even bothered to know what the problem could be.

But Bipasha’s refusal has made her go empty-handed. She has now been neglected for the leading role in the film which she was expected to do opposite Vivek Oberoi.

It was actually an item song – Beedi Jalaile from the film Omkara made by in Vishal Bhardwaj. That was the song that really kept Bips’ career going in Bollywood. Interestingly, the song was filmed on her and Vivek.

Both Bipasha Basu and Jacqueline Fernandez are being considered for the role of Sandra Bullock she depicted in Speed. The producers of Gyaarah Chalis Ki Last Local have come up with the role that’s played around Sandra Bullock in the original film. Sandra Bullock had an important role to play in the film.

Both are vying for the role for the sequel to the film Gyaarah Chalis Ki Last Local. Either of them will be trying to save themselves from a situation that can potentially turn fatal at any time. It will be metro that is moving like an unstoppable one and looks lethal all the way.

The character in the film demands loads of action sequences. So whoever may it be, Bipasha Basu or Jacqueline Fernandez, will be seen in action. Either of them will be cast opposite Vivek Oberoi. However, the production house is for Bipasha Basu. She had done Race before and is aware of what the character of an action film demands.

Hrithik Roshan will play three roles in Krrish 3

Hrithik Roshan is slated to play as many as three roles in Krrish 3. The roles are very interesting as well. He will play the roles of a father, son and a grandson – in the chronological order of generations. It was also reported that Hrithik was very keen on playing the villain in the film.

However, the director of the film, Rakesh Roshan was not ready to do so. In fact, he wanted to cast Vivek Oberoi in the film. Hrithik was in no mood to relent. But the Sr. Roshan was also adamant on his choice. It is rumored that there were emotions flaring up due to this casting topic.

Rakesh Roshan feels that Hrithik is not the perfect choice for the villain’s role considering the character in the film. According to Rakesh Roshan, Vivek has the physique that the character in the film needs. Therefore, he would be the right choice for the bad man’s role.

There is a long way before the shooting actually starts. The shooting will start towards the end of the year. There is yet any specific location to be zeroed in on for the shooting. However, it is speaking reported that most of the film may be shot in the city of Mumbai itself.

Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi go on a vacation

After Vivek Oberoi and his wife Priyanka, it is the turn of Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi to go for a summer vacation. Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi, will most probably, be going out of India. This is not only the summer vacation for them, but also a honeymoon trip.

Vivek Unhappy Over Salman-Question
