Emraan Hashmi is known to be a serial kisser in Bollywood. However, Bipasha Basu has come up with a statement that no other actress has so far, out of those who have locked lips with Emraan on screen. Bipasha feels that Emraan is a great kisser. Now, isn’t that a great statement and a compliment for Emraan!

However, at the same time, she did not forget to mention that Emraan is also a good actor. She also does not feel it good when people refer to Emraan as a serial-kisser. As a matter of fact, she feels that people should also take note of Emraan as an actor too.

She was also asked about the new actresses making their debuts on a consistent basis. The question put to her was if she felt insecure over these developments. However, Bipasha said that there only one of a kind of a person. No one can replace that individual.

She further added that everyone lives with his own mark. So, there is nothing to worry about.

Bipasha Basu getting hooked to champagne Asti

Bipasha Basu never knew what drinking was. However, of late, she has taken a liking to champagne brand called Asti. She has been a teetotaler for the whole of her life. There would be lots of bottles of Asti as the team of Raaz 3 gets together to celebrate. That is the newly-found freedom for Bipasha.

Omi Vaidya and Sikandar Kher had found the brand for her, Bips says. That was in New Zealand. If not for these two, she would never have had that drink, the Bengali beauty says. She has admitted that the drink is likely to make her go mad during the party.

Speaking about the film, Bipasha says that the entire team of the film, especially the writer, director and the producer, decided to cast her in spite of the role being against her personality. However, she was able to do justice to the film and the character.

Bipasha also praised her co-star Emraan Hashmi. She said that he allowed her to be her own self, which allowed her to perform better in the film.

After her break-up John Abraham, Bipasha Basu has had something to say about her private life always. The latest we hear is that about Brad Pitt. She has said that she is in love with Brad Pitt? Is it the same Brad Pitt – from Hollywood, you may wonder. Well, yes. We are talking about the same Brad.

However, there is nothing sensational about this new ‘love affair’. She isn’t the Indian version of Angelina Jolie. As a matter of fact, Bips has decided to address her car by the name of the Hollywood actor.

Esha Gupta asked not to show cleavage

Showing the cleavage is the best for any woman’s physical attrition, but the same isn’t true for Esha Gupta. She was asked to cover it up by Vikram Bhatt for his next film Raaz 3. It was the director who asked Esha to wear such dresses that would cover her assets. Esha was prompt in doing so and had no problems.

On the other hand, Vikram Bhatt had asked Bipasha to let her cleavage be visible as much as she could. Esha was seen advocating the fact why not exposing was also a sign of youth. According to Esha those actresses and women expose their cleavage who have left their youth behind them.

As a matter of fact, Bipasha is playing the older actress in the film and that is why will be involved in a liberal skin show. Esha has been wearing clothes that are casual and not too glamorous for her character.

Has Bips robbed Esha of allowing her to let her cleavage be seen? Well, if it is in the good faith of the character and the film, so be it!

Bipasha Basu says Roland Joffe is fond of her

The film Singularity directed by Roland Joffe and starring Bipasha Basu, is back on the tracks after some financial problems. Apart from Bips, the other prominent faces in the film are Abhay Deol, Neve Campbell and, of course, Josh Hartnett – with whom Bipasha had been linked after her break-up with John Abraham.

The shooting of the film got delayed due to some financial crisis and had to be postponed. However, the shooting of the film was successfully completed the last month. Currently, the dubbing work of the film is underway. It is expected to complete soon.

Speaking about the director of the film – Roland Joffe, Bipasha said that he was an amazing and an incredible director. According to Bips, Roland thought her to be a fantastic actor. The role of Bipasha demanded her physic to be extremely fit and she was up to the mark for the role.

Eerie incidents on the sets of Aatma

The sets of the film Aatma has turned to be an eerie place for the actors Bipasha Basu and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Some strange things have been taking place that are no less than a Bollywood film itself. Aatma is Suparn Verma’s is a supernatural thriller in which Bipasha Basu is doing the leading role.

When Suparn Verma was filming one scene, he heard a lady singing. However, when the headphones were removed, he didn’t hear anything as such. He did not speak about the incident to anyone on the sets. But even Bipasha Basu heard the same thing and asked Suparn Verma if he had heard any such thing.

When the sound recordist had played the recordings, no one heard anything.

The matters did not end there. In yet another scene, a photo frame hung behind on the wall was a bit tilted on one side. However, as the scene was going on perfectly, the director did not give a cut. But all of a sudden, the frame down and crashed.

There was no breeze or any chance of the frame coming down in that way. It looks like there are some hallucinations going on.

Bipasha Basu goes bold for Raaz 3 poster

Bipasha Basu has posed for the new and bold poster of Raaz 3. She is seen in itty-bitty clothes in the poster. Speaking about the poster, she said that she had no problems posing for the poster, once she was ready for the film, herself as she was quite comfortable with her toned body. And that is the reason why she did not use any body double.

Bips said that she was always fine with her skin show and that did not bother her at all. She said when she was speaking to the press. If the inside sources are to be believed, the production house was not too keen on approaching the Bengali beauty for this specific shooting.

The reason was that there was a possibility of controversy to erupt. That is why the original idea was to use a body double and then digitally use the face of Bipasha to fit into the body of the model. That could have made life easier for Bipasha Basu.

But there was no looking back for Bips and she insisted on doing the shoot herself. Was the shoot as difficult as playing the character itself?

Katrina Kaif is busier with action stunts for Dhoom 3

There is no doubt that Katrina Kaif is giving more importance to her professional work than her planned holiday back in London. She came back midway through her holidays from her family to practice for the upcoming stunts in the film Dhoom 3. It is understood that the scenes will be filled with action.

It seems as if the Yash Raj camp saw the beautiful lady do some kicking in the film Ek Tha Tiger. That probably inspired them to add more stunts and action to the sequences that were first designed. The new stunts will certainly take the sweat out of Katrina when she starts practicing them.

Shilpa Shetty gives birth to a baby boy

The much-talked of and much-awaited news of Shilpa Shetty’s pregnancy has finally reached its pinnacle. The newest mom of Bollywood gave birth to a baby boy at the Hinduja Healthcare Surgical Hospital located at suburban Khar. Without doubt, Shilpa and her husband Raj Kundra is the happiest couple.

Mr. Kundra was the first to tweet and said that God had blessed them with a baby boy. He further said that both the baby and the mother are doing fine. There was a lot of excitement for Raj when he came to know about the developments and as he tweeted the news.

He further said that he wishes to thank his wife for the best ever gift he got in his life. He did not forget to thank the doctors who operated upon Shilpa as well as the hospital staff.

As soon as the news of the birth went viral, congratulatory messages started pouring from all the Bollywood who’s who. Among the firsts who messaged the couple was Madhavan and Bipasha Basu among many others.

Doing Raaz 3 was hard admits Bipasha Basu

As the shooting for Raaz 3 was over, so were the worries for Bipasha Basu. Bipasha admitted that she faced a tough project like Raaz 3. However, she also went on to say that her worries and troubles were shared by the filmmaker, due to whom she could fair well.

Bipasha gives the credit of the success of her character to both Vikram Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt. She said that it was due to their guidance that she could play the character she did in the film.

It is after eight years that Bipasha is working with the Bhatts. It was way back in 2004 that she had worked with Vikram Bhatt for the film Aetbaar. Before that it was Jism for which Bips had worked for Vishesh Films, the previous year.

It is now Raaz 3, a film that has Bipasha’s way after a long time. Raaz 3 is a sequel to Raaz and Raaz: The Mystery Continues. She will be seen opposite Emraan Hashmi.

Bipasha Basu to do an item song with John Abraham

Ekta Kapoor has managed to bring Bipasha Basu and John Abraham in her next film Shootout an Wadala. Bipasha will feature in an item song in the film. Kangana Ranaut will also be seen in the film. She will be seen in a scene, which leads the way to the item song.

When things needed to be confirmed from Ekta’s side, she laughed and said that after all you came to know about this all. However, she was not ready to give out any further details. She is certainly playing her cards close to her chest.  But one thing is certain that Bips and John will be a part of the same film.

Ekta Kapoor did not give details if Bipasha and John will have a scene together. In fact, it is a secret, which may not be revealed so easily. But certainly, it is worth a talk for them to be together again –at least for a movie.

But Bipasha-John will not be the first pair to come together for professional reasons. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh and AnushkaSharma and Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are the exes who have also come together after breakup.

Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubati broke off?

After Bipasha Basu ended her relationship with John Abraham, she got herself coupled with Rana Daggubati. The two had a fairytale start to their ‘relationship’ and reports also talked about their marriage. However, in Bollywood it takes a moment to get in a relationship or to break it off. The same has happened with Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubati.

Though the beginning was a fairytale, it did not long last as Rana Daggubati was always considered to be nearer to the south Indian actress Trisha. That never went well Bipasha. For that reason, probably, they never admitted that the two were dating.

Bipasha Basu wants Rs. 1cr for Munni Badnaam Hui

There was a time when item songs were not considered good for top heroines. But for Bipasha Basu (and many other A-grade actresses), item numbers have become a point of prestige. The demand for the songs is constantly on the rise and so is the amount demanded. For the latest records, the dusky Bengali beauty is demanding a whopping sum of Rs. 1 crore for one such item number.

Bipasha has demanded the sum for the Telugu version of the item song Munni Badnaam Hui. A Telugu remake of the Hindi film, Dabangg is shortly to be remade. The makers are looking an actress who will play Malaika Arora Khan – the original Munni in the original song.

The producers are ready to give her Rs. 50 lakhs for the song. However, she is asking twice that amount. Though the film makers have not totally neglected such a huge demand from Bipasha, they are trying to find a solution.

Bipasha Basu out of Zilla Ghaziabad

Bipasha Basu was expected to do an item number in the film Zilla Ghaziabad. She was in fact roped in the film for the very same reason. Vivek Oberoi was the male leading cast opposite Bipasha in the film. As the item numbers are in great demand, the makers of Zilla Ghaziabad wanted Bips in the song.

However, it came as a shock to Vivek Oberoi when he came to know that Bipasha Basu has refused the item song which she was expected to do with him and Sanjay Dutt. However, he did not go into a lot of detail and not even bothered to know what the problem could be.

But Bipasha’s refusal has made her go empty-handed. She has now been neglected for the leading role in the film which she was expected to do opposite Vivek Oberoi.

A survey shows that Kareena Kapoor has been voted as the sexiest Asian woman in the world. The survey was conducted by the Eastern Eye, a weekly magazine. The survey was conducted by the weekly with the help of the social networking sites like Twitter. There were a good number of voters to choose Kareena as the sexiest woman.

Last year, Katrina Kaif was the winner of this title. However, the competition was tough this time around as the margin of victory for Bebo was just about 1%. Bipasha Basu or Jacqueline Fernandez for Sandra Bullock role?

Both Bipasha Basu and Jacqueline Fernandez are being considered for the role of Sandra Bullock she depicted in Speed. The producers of Gyaarah Chalis Ki Last Local have come up with the role that’s played around Sandra Bullock in the original film. Sandra Bullock had an important role to play in the film.

Both are vying for the role for the sequel to the film Gyaarah Chalis Ki Last Local. Either of them will be trying to save themselves from a situation that can potentially turn fatal at any time. It will be metro that is moving like an unstoppable one and looks lethal all the way.

The character in the film demands loads of action sequences. So whoever may it be, Bipasha Basu or Jacqueline Fernandez, will be seen in action. Either of them will be cast opposite Vivek Oberoi. However, the production house is for Bipasha Basu. She had done Race before and is aware of what the character of an action film demands.

Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubatti to have same date releases

In personal life it is indeed a warm relationship between Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubatti. However, when it comes to the professional front, there is no excuse. Whoever may it be, you have to fight it out at the box office. The newly formed pair of Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubatti is no exception either.

On February 24, 2012 the film Jodi Breakers will be released in which Bipasha Basu plays the leading role. On the same day Department will also be released in which Rana Daggubatti plays the lead. Now, this is indeed going to be some hot competition between the two stars.

Incidentally, no one can take the film lightly. It is important for both Bipasha Basu and Rana Daggubatti. Bipasha Basu had a couple of films like Dum Maaro Dum and Players where there was no solo female cast. In that sense, Jodi Breakers will be the first solo female lead film for Bips.

On the other hand, Department will be Rana Daggubatti’s second film in Bollywood and he will be hoping to find some solid footing with the film. Ram Gopal Varma has already given the confirmation that Department will be releasing on February 24, 2012.

Bipasha posted the following message to clear the air around the proposed marriage. “Reading reports of my supposed wedding plans, there is absolutely no truth in them”. If these are not any publicity stunts on the part of the dusky damsel, then one should be serious about Bipasha’s denial.
