Shilpa Shetty hosts dinner for Shane Warne and Elizabeth Hurley

The owner of the IPL Rajasthan Royal team, Shilpa Shetty had organized a dinner for Shane Warne and girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley and at her home in Mumbai in the weekend. It was under the captaincy of Shane Warne that Rajasthan Royals had won the inaugural edition of the IPL.

The legendary spinner from Australia is in India in the commentary team for the ongoing India England cricket series. On that occasion Shilpa Shetty invited him and his girlfriend for a dinner. The Bollywood actress posted her pictures along with the couple as well.

She then tweeted, “Gr8 to c @warne888 nd @ElizabethHurley at r home, fun evening at home with a few friends :) (sic).” The cricketer and his actress girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley too were thankful to the couple for their hospitality.

“Thank you to @TheShilpaShetty and @TheRajKundra for the most delicious dinner and enchanting cuddle with the Mini Kundra,” Elizabeth Hurley tweeted this on Twitter. The reference of Mini Kundra is to the six month old baby of Shilpa, Viaan.

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty along with his wife Mana, another Bollywood actor Chunkey Pandey and his wife Bhavna, the famous industrialist Gautam Singhania and wife Nawaz were some people who were invited for the party.

Deana Uppal had a tough time on Big Brother

The beauty of Indian origin Deana Uppal, who is participating in the reality show Big Brother had a harrowing time just like Shilpa Shetty had. Deana Uppal is the second participant on the show of Indian origin after Shilpa. Though Shilpa had gone on to win the reality show, the same was not the fate of Deana Uppal.

According to Deana Uppal, the reception she got on the show was not great at all. Deana had entered the house in the traditional Indian attire of a saree. However, this put off many other contestants who seemed to be intimidated by the same. Many of them did not even have a word with her, Deana Uppal says.

However, Deana said that she tried to have good and warm relationship with other housemates. But, it looked as if things were not working for her. She said that Scott Maison, one of the participants abused her verbally many times, while someone else passed comments due to the eating habits with hands.

Shilpa Shetty gives birth to a baby boy

The much-talked of and much-awaited news of Shilpa Shetty’s pregnancy has finally reached its pinnacle. The newest mom of Bollywood gave birth to a baby boy at the Hinduja Healthcare Surgical Hospital located at suburban Khar. Without doubt, Shilpa and her husband Raj Kundra is the happiest couple.

Mr. Kundra was the first to tweet and said that God had blessed them with a baby boy. He further said that both the baby and the mother are doing fine. There was a lot of excitement for Raj when he came to know about the developments and as he tweeted the news.

He further said that he wishes to thank his wife for the best ever gift he got in his life. He did not forget to thank the doctors who operated upon Shilpa as well as the hospital staff.

As soon as the news of the birth went viral, congratulatory messages started pouring from all the Bollywood who’s who. Among the firsts who messaged the couple was Madhavan and Bipasha Basu among many others.

Katy Perry wants to meet Shilpa Shetty

Katy Perry, who performed at opening of the Indian Premier League (IPL), is keen to meet Shilpa Shetty, who is the co-owner of the Rajasthan Royals team. She also wants to personally congratulate Ms. Shetty on her first ever motherhood. The British singer was impressed by Shilpa Shetty after her Big Brother win in the UK.

According to one of the sources, Katy Perry has never met Shilpa Shetty in person. That is why she is excited to meet her. Ever since Shilpa came in the news after she won the Big Brother title a few years back, Ms. Perry wants to meet the Bollywood actress.

When Shilpa came to know about this, she was equally excited at the thought of a music icon wishing to meet her. She referred to Katy Perry as a global music icon. The singer will also shortly perform in India very soon.

Shilpa Shetty to miss IPL due to pregnancy

The co-owner of the Indian Premier League, (IPL) team Rajasthan Royals, Shilpa Shetty might miss this year’s edition of the IPL due to her pregnancy. Shilpa Shetty was a regular during the earlier editions of the IPL. But things are different this time around and it is almost certain that she won’t be seen supporting the Rajasthan Royals.

The beautiful Bollywood lady has been advised by her doctors to take as much rest as possible and do less of travelling. Shilpa might not go against the advice of the doctors to attend the IPL matches. Obviously, she will have to be a home spectator of almost all of the Rajasthan Royals matches.

She conveyed her message to the captain of the Rajasthan Royals team by tweeting, “Miss you too Warnie, me too lookin fwd to IPL 5..dunno how many matches am gonna be able to go for..I am 7months preggars..:) :)”

Shilpa Shetty got married to Raj Kundra, who is a businessman, in 2009. It was at the end of 2011 that she confirmed her reports of pregnancy. Shilpa is likely to deliver her first baby in the month of May.

Shilpa Shetty is pregnant – at least this time?

There was news doing the rounds about six months ago that Shilpa Shetty has got pregnant. However, the Big Brother winner refuted the charges straightaway and proved to be right in her own way – she has still not become a mother. However, the news of her pregnancy has surfaced back once again.

Shilpa and her husband Raj Kundra are buoyed by the news, the least to say. The news can be taken at face value as both Shilpa and Raj wanted to be sure of the good news. When the news of Shilpa’s pregnancy surfaced last time, it proved to be a rumor. And it indeed was one because Shilpa had suffered a miscarriage then. Mohabbatein girl Kim Sharma quits acting career

Kim Sharma, who made her acting debut with the film Mohabbatein, has decided to final say goodbye to her acting career in Bollywood. Kim Sharma will now finally be seen in the film Loot. Shilpa Shetty does sensuous scenes with Chinese actor

Sunanda Shetty, mother of Shilpa Shetty is producing her next movie The Desire: A Journey of A Woman. In the film, there will be the Chinese actor named Xia Yu. He may not be a well known actor in India. Yet, the production house has opted for the actor. However, it is not limited only to the choosing of the actor.

But the next step is of the chemistry. As a matter of fact, Xia Yu and Shilpa Shetty share some real hot scenes in the movie. Shilpa, who plays the role of an Oddisi dancer, had no problems in doing the bold scenes with the little known actor.

Shilpa Shetty’s mother turns producer for her

Shilpa Shetty’s professional career is on the downside at the moment. But how can a mother bare to see this? That is why Shilpa’s mother, Sunanda Shetty, has stepped in now. She will be producing the film for her daughter. The title of the film is The Desire: A Journey Of A Woman, which is an Indo-Chinese production.

The film is hardly of even 100 minutes. Shilpa’s mother is personally doing things that she can, including the editing. As a part of marketing the film, it will be telecast at various film festivals across the globe.

There were reports that the film is being produced by Sunanda Shetty and one Tracy Shiyun. However, Tracy Shiyun lost the court battle and Sunanda Shetty will be the sole producer of the film.

Sunanda Shetty says that the film was stuck in some difficulties for almost one full year. She also had differences with the director R Sarath on some issues. However, they have now been sorted out, due to the interference of Shilpa’s mom.

The Sr. Mrs. Shetty feels that there is a lot of potential in the film and that is what prompted her to jump as a producer. No doubt, Sunanda Shetty is buoyed by the feel of the film.

Shilpa Shetty denies her marriage with Raj Kundra being in mess

Shilpa Shetty has been in the news of late for some wrong reasons along with her husband Raj Kundra. Some days ago there were reports about Shilpa getting pregnant, the reports which the Bollywood actress vehemently denied. Now, the latest news to surface is that of her marriage.

There were reports that the marriage of Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra was in troubled waters. However, Shilpa was quick to come forward and refute all the allegations being made about her married life. She even tweeted about the same on her Twitter account.

This is what she tweeted “First I hear am preggars (NOT true) Now I hear my husbands havin an affair frm the press. Common fr papers 2 stoop low 2 sensationalise false”.

Shilpa Shetty said that she was with her husband and spending there holidays in the United States. There was however, no word from Raj as yet.

The reports actually started to creep up saying Raj Kundra met one lady at a London hair transplant clinic. Since then they were quite friendly and Raj even had a European holiday with the unknown lady.

Shilpa Shetty reiterates that she is not pregnant
