Hazel Keech will enter Bigg Boss house

After making her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan, Hazel Keech is now ready to enter Bigg Boss house – another place where Salman Khan exists. It was learnt that the producers of the show had got in touch with Yana Gupta. However, she refused the offer and that is why the producers of Bigg Boss turned to another foreign actress.

Hazel Keech was seen along with Salman Khan in the film Bodyguard. If she really makes it to the house, she will be a wild card entry. She was also briefly seen in another reality show – the extremely popular comedy show, Comedy Circus on Sony TV. However, she was nothing more than a guest appearance for the show.

The actress said that she did not mind doing the show as it has become quite popular. She said while mentioning Kim Kardashian that it was a fast and easy way of becoming famous.

If the reports are to be believed, it was Salman Khan who suggested her name to the producers of the show. However, there isn’t still any positive answer from Hazel Keech and things are standing still at the moment.

Salman Khan is the highest taxpayers in Bollywood

The lives of film stars have always been a matter of great interest to their fans, especially the private life. Salman Khan has been on a high since his films like Ready, Bodyguard, Dabangg and Ek Tha Tiger have all crossed the Rs. 100 crore-mark at the box office. No wonder, he is the highest taxpayer in Bollywood today.

Salman Khan is said to have paid advance tax of around Rs. 8 crores in July-September already. In the previous for the same duration, he had paid a tax of Rs. 5 crores. As explained the reason is that he has had four films that have crossed the Rs. 100 crore-mark.

Paying this amount has made Salman the highest taxpayer in Bollywood. The figures are said to have emerged right from the tax officials. So, they are worth believing. Salman Khan’s latest film Ek Tha Tiger had a huge collection of Rs. 198 crores.

The leading lady of Ek Tha Tiger – Katrina Kaif is known to have paid Rs. 2.70 as tax as against the Rs. 1.70 crores she paid in the previous year.

Ek Tha Tiger earns Rs. 210 crores in 11 days

Salman Khan starrer Ek Tha Tiger and the star himself are making records with each passing day. In just 11 days, since the release, the film has grossed a whopping amount of Rs. 11 crores. The good thing is that the film is still running to packed houses all over the world. No wonder, money will still keep pouring in.

It took only five days for the film to enter the Rs. 100 crore club. There is no doubt that the film is easily the all time blockbuster. The film has a total of more than Rs. 210 crores from India and abroad business. It is learnt that the bulk of the amount – Rs. 175 crores comes from India only.

The top three films in terms of Indian collection are –

3 Idiots – it grossed a nett amount of Rs. 202 crores

Ek Tha Tiger (still growing strong) – Rs. 175 crores nett

Bodyguard – Rs. 148 crores nett.

Ek Tha Tiger is quite close to breaking the record set by 3 Idiots. Let us see if Salman Khan can do the magic once again?

Ek Tha Tiger breaks the opening day box office records

There has been no looking back for Salman khan for some of his last films and Ek Tha Tiger is one of them. It is expected that the film will be the highest ever earner of all time. The film that released on the Independence Day grossed Rs. 32.92 on the first day itself.

The collection that almost touched Rs. 33 crores is the highest for any film in Bollywood to date. The collection done by Ek Tha Tiger was more than one third of the earnings grossed by the film Agneepath that released previously this year. Agneepath earned Rs. 24 crores while the second highest grosser before the release of Ek Tha Tiger was Ra. One by Shah Rukh Khan, which earned Rs. 23 crores.

The previous year, Salman Khan’s another film Bodyguard was released. That also broke records then. That film was also a Eid release and Ek Tha Tiger released only 4-5 days before Eid. As this is a long weekend end due to holidays coming on the trot, many film buffs are likely to queue up to the theaters.

That will give the film more profits in the days to come.

Salman Khan wants to play larger than life roles

Salman khan has been on a high for the last couple of years and now wants to play only larger than life roles for his next films. Ever since Dabangg was a super duper hit, there was no looking back for Salman bhai, as he is affectionately called. Bodyguard was also a hit and that broke records all over.

He said that he would not mind playing the characters for drama, romance or even action. He wants to depict heroism in his movies. For that reason he is targeting roles that are larger than life. He said that he would like to depict heroism in all the field in the life.

At the same time he kept his options open for doing comedy or romantic films, though he has been widely accepted as an action hero. Speaking about the audience he said that he was looking to work in films those could be watched by the entire families together.

His next film is Ek Tha Tiger, which is directed by Kabir Khan. Salman, who plays a RAW agent, stars opposite Katrina Kaif in the film. The film is scheduled for release on August 15 – India’s Independence Day.

Salman Khan is Katrina Kaif’s ‘bodyguard’?

Though Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif might not share the same feelings as before, there is hardly any doubt that he is still the ‘bodyguard’ of his ex-flame. Kareena Kapoor to be cast in item song for Dabangg 2

It is being speculated that the bold and beautiful Kareena Kapoor will set the screens on fire with her sizzling performance for an item number in Dabangg 2. In Dabangg, it was Malaika Arora Khan who literally made the young generation crazy with her ‘Munni badnaam hui’ item song. It is now the turn of Kareena Kapoor to do a Munni.

Kareena Kapoor has been known for her excellent dance sequences and she is an acclaimed dancer herself. She has shown her dancing abilities through various songs through the films she has acted in. However, saying yes to an item song that has such a huge popularity graph is no child’s play. Agneepath earns more than Bodyguard on opening day

There is Agneepath, Agneepath and Agneepath all the way. When we heard that Bodyguard had been the highest grosser on the opening day in the history of the Hindi cinema, we thought that was it. It would take ages before the record is broken. However, it was just a matter of a few months to materialize.

Agneepath has earned more than what Bodyguard had earned on the opening day – an earning of Rs. 23 cr. Salman Khan starrer Bodyguard had earned Rs. 21.6 cr. It was a record in its own way. But Agneepath came strongly to earn slightly more than Rs. 1.6 cr. on the first day.

The film was released on the occasion of India’s Republic Day – Thursday, January 26. That was a good occasion for the people to take a break from the work and redeem themselves with a movie from the stable of Karan Johar.

A survey shows that Kareena Kapoor has been voted as the sexiest Asian woman in the world. The survey was conducted by the Eastern Eye, a weekly magazine. Salman Khan’s back in Mumbai after a month

Since Salman Khan became a superstar, it might be the first occasion that he was out of Mumbai at a stretch for so many days. Initially, he went to the United States for his treatment and then he was shooting for Ek Tha Tiger along with Katrina Kaif. The shooting was in Dublin.

He arrived at the Sahara airport in Mumbai in the early hours of Wednesday. He visibly looked a bit tired. That was quite understandable as the journey could have taken a toll on him.

He will now be seen on the small screen along with Sanjay Dutt. The two mega stars are scheduled to host the next season of the reality show Bigg Boss. The shooting for the show will get underway soon.

Salman Khan has proved to be a great success with his last three films being great hits. Dabangg, Ready and finally Bodyguard took Salman’s success graph soaring to great heights. Records were set and broken since the release of Dabangg last year.

Why is Bollywood desperate for publicity?

The PR offices in Mumbai are flooded with offers and work currently. If on one side there is the highest numbers of films made in India, then on the other, they are the most aggressively marketed of the lots at this time. There has never been such a situation in Bollywood before. What is driving all to promote films so harder?

There has been every possible step used to promote films. The most important factors have been the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Apart from that the small screen has also been used to the fullest. Shahid Kapoor played a weather reporter for the promotion of his film Mausam.

Salman Khan is the Rajanikanth of Bollywood

Be it dialogues or making a hit film, Salman Khan is no less than the Rajanikanth of Bollywood. It was pretty much obvious when the shooting of Bodyguard was on. The men who were at the receiving end were the writers. It was not always that Salman spoke those lines which were actually written by the script writers.

There were many such dialogues that were not scripted by the writers before but Salman Khan spoke them during the actual shooting. The director of the film, Siddique was flabbergasted when he knew that Salman Khan was speaking lines which were never written for him. But he could hardly say anything to Sallu.

Not many may know, but Siddique is one such director who has his say the final one. He has directed films in the south too. But senior actors there also do not go ahead against the trend that Siddique wants. However, the director felt that he did not say anything to Salman about the changes in dialogues as there is very little he could do.

Salman Khan is whimsical, the director says. Therefore, it is difficult to make him change his mind. But whatever, Bodyguard is creating records, both in the domestic market and in the foreign market as well.

Bodyguard is not my super hit film: Salman Khan

Bodyguard may have worked in favor of Salman Khan with a grand opening on Wednesday. However, Salman is not ready to believe that Bodyguard is a super ht film. His brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri, has said in his statements that Salman is not in the mood to believe that the film has broken box-office records.

But after all why would Salman Khan think on the negative lines? Is it that, in the US, he is unaware of how warm response the film is getting in India? Or is he still reeling under the success of Dabangg? But what exactly is the reason for Sallu to think so? The reason is his physical uneasiness before the film released and the surgery that followed in the United States.

As a matter of fact, Salman Khan thinks that people close to him are saying all these just to cheer him up. He underwent an eight-hour surgery and needs some mental rest as well. The news of a good response to the film will do him a lot of good; this is what Salman thinks and which is why he is being told such news.

Atul Agnihotri, who is also the co-producer of the film, says that Salman is not convinced about the success of the film. Atul says that it is right for Salman to think on these lines as he is not directly in touch with the sources as he is away from Mumbai.

Kareena Kapoor hopes Salman Khan gets totally healthy

For the past some days, Salman Khan, the protagonist of his upcoming film Bodyguard is not keeping well. Salman has been experiencing pain in his head, cheeks and jaws like never before. Salman Khan is currently in the United States to undergo the latest available treatment for his sudden pain.

His heroine in the film, Kareena Kapoor feels that Salman Khan should have left for the US earlier as and when he had decided about going there for better treatment. However, Salman wanted his film to get promoted first. He gave his film more importance than his own health. That is the reason why he left for the US on a later date.

But Kareena Kapoor is one of the many who are praying for Salman Khan’s speedy recovery. She disclosed that he was expected to leave for the States on the 20th of this month – August. However, he decided to go there after promoting his film. This took some extra efforts on Sallu’s part to fight his health problems.

Bodyguard has been released today, as expected on Eid. However Salman is not here to get the latest news about the reports of how his film is doing. Salman’s two previous films which were released on Eid did extremely well at the box office. We hope Bodyguard does well too and hope for Salman Khan’s speedy recovery.

Sonakshi Sinha wants the item number all for herself

The much talked about item number in which Sonakshi Sinha is the leading lady, is in the news. The item number is in the film Joker. The item number in the film is to be shot on Sonakshi Sinha. According to the ‘rumors’ Minissha Lamba, the other leading lady in the film came to know about the same.

When Minissha came to know about this, she requested Sonakshi to allow her to be a part of that item song as well. However, how can Sonakshi do that? She wanted Minissha to remain out of the song. Enjoying the song as a single and lone lady in an item song is certainly Sonakshi’s desire.

Shirish Kunder, who is the producer of the film, had to find a solution to keep both the ladies happy. To keep Minissha happy, Shirish promised her a music video for the film. However, Minissha Lamba was not too pleased.

As a matter of fact, Sonakshi had a couple of reasons to refuse the inclusion of Minissha in the item song. There were a couple of examples of Zarine Khan’s item song in Ready and that of Katrina Kaif’s item song in Bodyguard, in which Kareena Kapoor is the leading lady.

Kareena Kapoor to pay respects to real-life bodyguards

As Kareena Kapoor is getting ready for the release of her film Bodyguard, she has come up with a unique idea. The idea is of honoring the real-life bodyguards. For that, she will be getting in touch with the bodyguards of Saif Ali Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan.

Her notion behind honoring the bodyguards is to show respect towards their work and honest commitment. They have been doing their duties of protecting the super stars tremendously well. And that is why Kareena Kapoor wants to show that there is a relation of give and take.

Salman Khan is not behind in the race. Even he is taking the opportunity to show respect towards his bodyguard. Salman has asked Shera, who is his bodyguard for almost 15 years now, to launch the promos of Bodyguard. Is Salman Khan scripting Dabangg 2?

It seems that the formula for a hit has finally been found. We are talking about Salman Khan and Dabangg. What Salman did in Dabangg was certainly mind-blowing and out of the world. There was a perfect ingredient and all the masala for a great dish. Now the same is being implemented in his next film Bodyguard.

The trailers of Bodyguard that are playing now show some kind of similarity between the original Malayalam movie and the ones those are being played. However, a closer look will show that all is not a photo stat copy of the original. In fact, there is the Salman Khan factor in it.

Well, now let’s come back to Dabangg. As a matter of fact, Salman Khan is taking special interest in the scripting of the sequel of Dabangg. It is learnt that Sallu wants to use his ‘formula’ in all his films now. However, Salman has refused the reports that he is anyhow involved in scripting the sequel.

He admitted that the script has been written by Arbaaz Khan and he has nothing to do with it, and neither will he be involved in penning anything in the future.

Is Salman Khan admitted to hospital?

There were reports doing the rounds that Chulbul Pandey aka Salman Khan has not been feeling well. He was so unwell that, he had to be admitted in hospital. It was reported that the macho man was admitted in the Saifee hospital and would be undergoing an angiography.

It was being reported since yesterday (Thursday) night that the actor was not feeling well. He needed some urgent medical attention and that is why he had to be admitted to the Saifee hospital.

However, sources close to the actor have denied the truth in the reports. According to them, the actor is hale and hearty. There is nothing to worry about the health of Salman Khan, the source said. Whatever the news reports were, all were false, the source said.

The source, it was not known who he/she was, told that they both were together until late Thursday night. The source also said that Salman Khan was busy promoting his forthcoming film Bodyguard. The statements of this source seems true as the hospital sources also denied that the star was admitted in their hospital at any time.
