Is Shah Rukh Khan Ra.one the biggest flop?

The dream project of King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, happens to be the sci-fi Ra.One. It is a big project of the 2011. However, the sci-fi is going down in flames on crashing nosedive. Ra.One has been one of the most hyped films in trade media. Shah Rukh spent a huge amount in the promotion of this film.
Media trade is comparing this big film with Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan starrer Raavan. Although Shah Rukh Khan’s box office collection is really not that bad, it is not too good either and reminds one of Raavan. Indeed Ra.One is being tagged to be a videogame and much on the lines of Rajanikanth’s Robot.
The collection of Ra.One is approximatly Rs. 33 crores for first two days. It is notable that Shah Rukh Khan released more the 3000 prints. The collection trends of it are on the decline since the release. However, it is expected that, it may collect 4 to 5 crores the coming Sunday. The hope of recovery of this film is very thin. Has it been an anti-climax for SRK?

Robot to Ra.One’s rescue: Real or Photoshop?

Robot has done a lot of good to the fans – given never like before entertainment. Ra.One is now next in the line. However, is it true that Robot has come to the rescue of Ra.One? Well, at least the photos suggest so. Have a look at this image and it will speak volumes for you.
This image was put on the micro-blogging site. The caption of the image read: “How Rajni helped SRK”. However, none of us yet are sure, if that is true or not – if the image is a Photoshop magic.
However, there were also talks of this how the film with action packed sequences will come to an end. As if that was not enough, there was another tag line that read: “Sometimes Superheroes Need Chitti.”
Now it is all up to Shah Rukh Khan to answer these questions.

Salman Khan is the Rajanikanth of Bollywood

Be it dialogues or making a hit film, Salman Khan is no less than the Rajanikanth of Bollywood. It was pretty much obvious when the shooting of Bodyguard was on. The men who were at the receiving end were the writers. It was not always that Salman spoke those lines which were actually written by the script writers.
There were many such dialogues that were not scripted by the writers before but Salman Khan spoke them during the actual shooting. The director of the film, Siddique was flabbergasted when he knew that Salman Khan was speaking lines which were never written for him. But he could hardly say anything to Sallu.
Not many may know, but Siddique is one such director who has his say the final one. He has directed films in the south too. But senior actors there also do not go ahead against the trend that Siddique wants. However, the director felt that he did not say anything to Salman about the changes in dialogues as there is very little he could do.
Salman Khan is whimsical, the director says. Therefore, it is difficult to make him change his mind. But whatever, Bodyguard is creating records, both in the domestic market and in the foreign market as well.

Rajanikanth discharged from hospital

Good news for all the Rajanikanth fans is that, the iconic actor was discharged from the St. Isabel Hospital in Mylapore. He was hospitalized after he vomited and complained of fatigue on the sets of his upcoming film Rana. Incidentally, that was the very first day of the shooting of his film Rana with Deepika Padukone.
After the diagnostics done, it was discovered that it was due to exhaustion and dehydration that Rajini vomited and felt weak. He was kept in the intensive care unit. To do away with the modest stomach infection, the actor was given various medicines and fluid replacements.
To add to that, there were some breathing problems that Rajini was also fighting. Having rest and specialized treatment was what his family physician advised him. It was only then, that he was hospitalized. That also helped him get some much needed break and rest.
The film Rana which will be released in various languages like Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, according to prior plans, will be released the next year only. However, now as the protagonist himself has been advised rest, it remains to be seen how long a break will Sir Rajini take and how long the schedule will be affected.
But whatever, it is the health of Rajanikanth which is the most important for his fans and all of us. We pray for his speedy recovery.
