Amrita Arora gives birth to her second son

Actress Amrita Arora, who is married to businessman Shakeel Ladak, gave birth to a baby boy. It was a special moment for the family on Saturday, when they welcomed the newest member of their family. Both the baby and the mother are safe and are doing fine.

Arbaaz Khan – is the husband of Malaika Arora Khan, broke the news of Twitter. Amrita Arora is the sister of Malaika Arora Khan. “Yipppeeeee! Amrita and Shakeel have another baby boy!!! He’s too cute. Congrats,” Arbaaz tweeted. Amrita and Shakeel have a two-year old son, whose name is Azaan.

Amrita Arora was last seen last week when she was present at the wedding of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Amrita had come along with her husband Shakeel Ladak.

Amrita Arora was seen on the silver screen in the year 2009 when she starred in Kambakth Ishq. It was the very same year that Amrita and Shakeel got married.

Kareena Kapoor to dance to Halkat jawani at People's Choice Awards show

Kareena Kapoor has finally become Kareena Kapoor Khan. The newly married actress will dance to Halkat jawani the item song from Heroine, to which she had also danced on the silver screen. This will be the first time that Bebo will be shaking her leg after marrying Saif Ali Khan.

Relatives from Pakistan to attend Saif Ali Kareena Kapoor wedding

There was news doing the rounds that the cousins of Saif Ali Khan may not attend the wedding that is going to take place in less than 100 hours from now. The Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor wedding has become the talk of the town and the news is heating up as the time goes by.

It is learnt that Saif’s cousins from Pakistan might be the guests at the wedding to be held on October 16 in Delhi. The good thing is that the Kapoor family is also looking to sort things out and begin on the talking terms with the others. Kareena Kapoor’s mother – Babita happened to visit Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh to give them an official invite.

On the other hand, there are lots of members of the extended family of Pataudi who have not got any invitation yet. However, some of the cousins are happy to be away from the media glare and have little to do with the grand wedding.

But those who are coming from Pakistan are Saif’s cousin Faiza Sultan Khan and his uncle Shaharyar Khan. They have applied for the visa already.

Kareena Kapoor to do an item number in Dabangg 2

When there are all the news pouring in about Kareena Kapoor’s marriage, here is one about Dabangg 2. Some days back, we had reported about the possibility of Kareena Kapoor doing an item number in the sequel to Dabangg. However, it was really not confirmed then. However, it may materialize this time around.

As a matter of fact, in less than 10 days from her marriage, Kareena Kapoor will be shaking a leg for Dabangg 2. Bebo will have a much crunched schedule after her marriage. Dabangg 2 is scheduled for December 2012 release – just a couple of months from now. That is why Salman Khan wants Kareena to shoot the song.

Saif Ali Khan’s extended family not interested in the wedding

As it is now confirmed that the two superstars of Bollywood – Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are finally getting married, there have been all kinds of news starting to do the round of the media. Of course, the rumors will also play a big part in all of this.

Of course, the major players from Bollywood will be present for the occasion. Kareena Kapoor has said that she is a big fan of Priyanka Chopra and has also come up with saying that she also loves her voice. Priyanka Chopra has come up with her debut album titled In My City and is ready for launch. It will hit the markets sooner than later. The two have been the most popular stars of Bollywood. Well, it might look like a film story, but it is true that the wedding of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will happen in two parts. There were various reports doing the rounds that the couple will wed in October or the next year. But now, it looks as if things are falling to place.

First there will be a small ceremony in Delhi and the second part of the celebrity bash will be in the entertainment hub – Mumbai.

It seems as if there is something indeed concrete to look forward to as far as the marriage of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor is concerned. There were all the news and rumors doing the rounds. However, the latest has come from the mother of Saif – Sharmila Tagore.

Milan Luthria and Saif Ali Khan to work together

After the success of Milan Luthria’s The Dirty Picture it will be the first time that he and Saif Ali Khan will work with each other. In fact it will be after as many as 13 long years in the industry that the two will be working together once again.

The two had worked with each other in the 1999 film Kacche Dhagge. Bhushan Kumar and Milan Luthria had made the film then. Since that film, Milan Luthria and Saif Ali Khan never got paired again.

Bhushan Kumar said that he was very much thrilled to work with Saif again. He said that they are looking forward to work with Saif Ali Khan on the project again. Milan Luthria is currently busy with the sequel to his film Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.

The shooting with Saif will begin once Milan is free with the current project.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to marry on October 16

After a lot of speculations and rounds of guesses all the time, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will finally get married on October 16 (we hope at least, this time there is something to look forward to in the news). It looks very much a possibility as Sharmila Tagore – Saif Ali’s mother has herself announced the date.

As far as the professional career of the sexy Kapoor lady is concerned, she will keep going as she is now. However, she might not do more than a couple of films each year. As of now, Kareena is busy with Heroine. After the Madhur Bhandarkar film, she will start the work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram Leela.

One thing that has come as a solace to Sanjay Leela Bhansali is that Kareena won’t be going on a wedding break. So that gives him ample time from Kareena to shoot the film without any shatter.

As far as the wedding is concerned, it will be only a very private function that will be attended by only the nearest of the relatives.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan to marry in October

The news of the marriage of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan has surfaced once again. There have always been instances of the marriage news about Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. It was expected to take place in February this year. Talks were on that they were waiting for Agent Vinod to release.

Now the latest date to make an entry in the already long list of dates is something in the month of October. Though these are just tentative dates, it should be marked that the dates being spoken of have not come either from Kareena Kapoor or form Saif Ali Khan. So we will have to wait for some more time.

As of now Bebo is busy shooting with Madhur Bhandarkar for Heroine. After that she is likely to start the shooting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Gujarat.

As far as the Chhote Nawab is concerned, he is presently in Turkey. When he wraps up the work there, he will start the shoot for his home production. So as of now, there’s no news from any of the two stars. Keep your fingers crossed until we hear something from the horse’s mouth.

Could Saif Ali Khan have used Gandhigiri?

According to Saif Ali Khan he could have used the Gandhigiri way of tackling the scuffle with the NRI businessman at the Taj Mahal hotel. However, the situation was not conducive to go that way, the star said. Saif admitted that he was not entirely innocent in the matter, but at the same time, he was not totally guilty either, he said. The Nawab was arrested with a couple of others (and released on bail), whose names are Bilal Amrohi and Shakeel Ladak. The trio was charged with assaulting the NRI businessman named Iqbal Sharma. Sharma is a non-resident Indian who comes from South Africa. Both the businessman and Saif Ali Khan had their own versions to talk of. Saif said that media has not been impartial about reporting the issue as it should have been. He further said that the people with Mr. Sharma misbehaved with them and also used foul language. On the other hand Sharma said that Saif called him an “idiot” as he complained about the unduly loud behavior of the Bollywood actor.

Is Kareena Kapoor to be a director?

If the reports are to be believed, Kareena Kapoor might make her debut as a director in Karan Johar’s next venture. Karan thinks Kareena has all it takes to be a professional director. No wonder, he is offering her his next project. If Kareena gives the nod, her fans will see her don the hat of a director as well.

Karan Johar got to see the talents of Kareena Kapoor during her film Agent Vinod. Until she got involved with another of her films Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, she was more than curious to know what all it takes to make a film.

The Dirty Picture bags awards at the 18th Screen Awards

The Dirty Picture ruled at the Screen Awards, 2012. The film won the awards for various categories. The Best Film award was anyone's guess. Milan Luthria won The Best Director award. But no marks for guessing - Vidya Balan won The Best Actress award hands down. The bold and voluptuous performance by the smoking hot Vidya looked to be the only choice before the jury.

The Best Actor award went to Ranbir Kapoor for his character in Rockstar. Saif Ali Khan got the Best Supporting Actor award as a role he played in Aarakshan. Adity Rao Hydari was awarded with the Best Supporting Actress award for her depiction in the film Ye Saali Zindagi.

The Best Actor award for a negative role was given to Prashant Narayan for his role in Murder 2. Priyanka Chopra was the obvious choice for Best Actress award in the negative role in 7 Khoon Maaf.

A R Rehman got the award for the Best Music Director for Rockstar. Mohit Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal won the Best Male Singer and Best Female Singer awards for the song Phir se ud chala and Ooh la la respectively.

Singer legend Asha Bhosale was honored with the lifetime achievement award on the occasion.

Abbas-Mustan wants Deepika Padukone for Race 2

It is still suspense who the female protagonist in Race 2 will be, though Deepika Padukone is the first choice for Abbas-Mustan. However, for Deepika Padukone, it is Ayann Mukerji’s film Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani as her first priority. In this film Ranbir Kapoor is opposite Deepika. But Deepika’s schedule is too tight that she might reluctantly have to quit Race 2.

Sources say that Deepika is committed to the film Rana in which the south icon, Rajanikanth is opposite her. She also told the director Ravi Kumar of mapping the shooting program as her dates are available.

Reports said due to the busy schedule of Deepika, producer Ramesh Taurani and the pair of the director Abbas-Mustan were contemplating to consider Priyanka Chopra. It is reported that Priyanka Chopra being finalized for Race 2 to and she has began the shooting of the film with Saif Ali Khan. But a confidential source said the directors are still interested in Deepika.

There is no doubt that the directors are too awed with the chemistry of Deepika and Saif Ali Khan. It is important that Deepika play lead female role opposite Saif in 3 films, which are Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail, and Aarakshan. That is why the director duo is eager to cast Deepika in Race 2.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi is no more

The Nawab of Pataudi and the youngest cricket captain of India, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi passed away yesterday – Thursday, September 22. He was 70. He is survived by his wife, the beautiful yesteryear actress Sharmila Tagore, his son Saif Ali Khan and daughters Soha Ali khan and Saba Ali khan.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was not feeling well for many days now. He was fighting the interstitial lung disease. This worsened since Wednesday. He could hardly recover from this. His situation started deteriorating since.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was one of the finest cricketers of his times. He was given the most difficult job of captaining the side when India was not doing too well on the international circuit.

Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has condemned the death of Pataudi, who was also known as Tiger Pataudi. Sachin Tendulkar also sent his condolence message to the Khan family.

We pay our humble respects to Tiger Pataudi. Rest in peace, Nawab!
