Amisha has been left speechless after seeing the film made by Madhur Bhandarkar and thinks it's the best by Kareena Kapoor. These two ladies have not shared a close bonding or camaraderie. However, Amisha showed that she was a person with a greater heart when she praised Kareena.

The name Rashmi Nigam might not ring bells in your head. But the character in Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Heroine is said to be inspired by Gauri Khan and Sussanne Roshan. Rashmi Nigam plays the character of a star wife and that of actor Sanjay Suri in the film.

Rashmi Nigam says that the character she plays shows what a star wife has to go through.  She further says that the time is tough when there are all kinds of rumors going on around about the relationship the spouse goes through. All that is extremely difficult to bear.

It is but natural for the wife to become a bit jealous. That is what the character of Rashmi Nigam has to portray in the film. However, in spite of all that, she always wishes her husband to achieve huge success no matter what.

Can Heroine do good business during the festive season?

Heroine has been a dream project for Mr. Bhandarkar. The timing of the release of the film has caught him on the wrong foot. Experts are of the opinion that the 10-day long Ganapati festival and the three-week long T20 WC could be potential spoilsport.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to marry on October 16

After a lot of speculations and rounds of guesses all the time, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will finally get married on October 16 (we hope at least, this time there is something to look forward to in the news). Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan to marry in October

The news of the marriage of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan has surfaced once again. There have always been instances of the marriage news about Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. It was expected to take place in February this year. Talks were on that they were waiting for Agent Vinod to release.

Now the latest date to make an entry in the already long list of dates is something in the month of October. Though these are just tentative dates, it should be marked that the dates being spoken of have not come either from Kareena Kapoor or form Saif Ali Khan. So we will have to wait for some more time.

Madhur Bhandarkar concentrating on Heroine

After regular hiccups, regarding his film Heroine, Madhur Bhandarkar is again in the news. The setbacks could hardly set him back for the project. He is again working in full swing to see the light dawn on Heroine. The highly ambitious project of the director goes on the floors once again.

Kareena Kapoor will now take the place of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, while Arjun Rampal will be the male protagonist. The shooting of the film has started with normal routine. Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine in trouble with Salim-Sulaiman

After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s unexpected pregnancy news threw the Heroine schedule out of gear, there is another trouble, this time with Salim-Sulaiman. Salim-Sulaiman is the pair who is scoring the tunes for the film. It is being reported that the pair is asking for a share of the royalties.

The news came as such a shock to Madhur, that he is contemplating removing the pair as the composer for the film. He is even thinking of roping in someone new. An inside source says that the demand was most certainly not expected from acclaimed music composers like Salim and Sulaiman.

The source giving more information about the pair said that they were hired for Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Fashion in 2008. That time, the success of the film at the box office had gained for the composer duo.

When Aishwarya had decided to leave the film, there were literally war of words between Aishwarya and Madhur. We hope this matter gets solved amicably.

Kareena Kapoor to don 130 dresses in Heroine

Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming film will be remembered for the number of dresses she would be seen in. Bebo will don as many as 130 different costumes. It would probably be the first time that any leading lady will wear such a wide range of apparel. It has never been done before at least in the Hindi film industry.

The film Heroine is directed by the acclaimed director Madhur Bhandarkar. Apart from the number of dresses, there is another thing that is also in the news, which is the cost of these dresses. How could these many dresses come at a price that would not take one’s attention? The estimated cost of these clothing is estimated to be around Rs 1.2 crores.Manish Malhotra has designed the costumes.

When it comes to talking about dresses, it takes us back to the days of the film Devdas, in which Madhuri Dixit had worn salwar kameez that weighed as heavy as 16 kg. Aishwarya Rai gives back the Heroine signing amount

In one of the latest moves by Bollywood leading actress Aishwarya Rai, she returned back the cheque she was given for Heroine as the signing amount. However, the amount was not disclosed. When the production house, UTV Motion Pictures received the cheque they were surprised.

Naturally they should be. As a matter of fact, the officials of the UTV Motion Pictures said, they had never asked for the money back. However, they accepted the money that Ash promptly returned to them. But the money that she returned was a surprise move on the parts of UTV Motion Pictures.

Here is the reason for the production house to be surprised when Ash gave the money back. Aishwarya had been available for the shoot for as many as eight days. Apart from that, she also took part in the ‘look tests’. In ‘look tests’ she was photographed in her movie costumes.

It did not end here. The production house praised Ash saying that she had the rights to keep the amount and yet she returned it. Moreover, she did not demand any acting fees as well.

Initially, Kareena Kapoor was signed for the film. However, when she came to know the details of the film, she backed off. Later Aishwarya Rai took over. But now, as destined, Kareena Kapoor has been taken back in the film. But she came back with her own terms.
