Minissha Lamba does not bear the tag of the girl next door. She has recently shot for a magazine cover with hot, sexy and sensuous shots. She has had a serious image change when she was seen in Kidnap. This is where people got to know the real sexy Minnisha who looked too hot to handle in a bikini.

Speaking about the shoot for the magazine cover, she said that she was not ready to do it. She was unwillingly to go for the shoot when she heard the concept. However, when everything was explained to her in detail, she was ready and gave the go ahead.

This is where she had to look sensuous. It was not easy, but Minissha did manage to do it finally. After the films like Yahaan and Bachna Ae Haseeno, Minnisha had a typical image which was changed after her hot bikini song in Kidnap.

Sonakshi Sinha wants the item number all for herself

The much talked about item number in which Sonakshi Sinha is the leading lady, is in the news. The item number is in the film Joker. The item number in the film is to be shot on Sonakshi Sinha. According to the ‘rumors’ Minissha Lamba, the other leading lady in the film came to know about the same.

When Minissha came to know about this, she requested Sonakshi to allow her to be a part of that item song as well. However, how can Sonakshi do that? She wanted Minissha to remain out of the song. Enjoying the song as a single and lone lady in an item song is certainly Sonakshi’s desire.

Shirish Kunder, who is the producer of the film, had to find a solution to keep both the ladies happy. To keep Minissha happy, Shirish promised her a music video for the film. However, Minissha Lamba was not too pleased.

As a matter of fact, Sonakshi had a couple of reasons to refuse the inclusion of Minissha in the item song. There were a couple of examples of Zarine Khan’s item song in Ready and that of Katrina Kaif’s item song in Bodyguard, in which Kareena Kapoor is the leading lady.

Minissha Lamba unhappy with Hum Tum Shabana director Sagar Ballary

Minissha Lamba feels that the director of the film Hum Tum Shabana, Sagar Ballary has taken the wrong steps to make publicity stunts. Minissha feels that the director is going too low than his prestige and is actually badmouthing her. She feels that she has been made a scapegoat for nothing.

According to Minissha, the director could not say a word to his producer and that is why he has chosen Minissha Lamba to vent out his anger. Sagar Ballary had accused Minissha that she had shot for a video and had not even informed him about it. On the other hand, Minissha says that, the producer had asked her shoot for the video and she has nothing in it.

After the accusations from both the parties, Minissha thinks that the friendship between her and the director is almost over. They both were good friends until then. However, there are hardly any signs of the friendship to continue any further. Minissha feels that for Sagar Ballary, it should have been more responsible to make statements.

The catfight between actresses in Bollywood would hardly ever end. The latest is between Minissha Lamba and Pia Trivedi. Of course, both are beautiful ladies. But the fight is to prove the ‘more’ factor. Who is ‘more’ beautiful? Who is ‘more’ hot (well, we mean hotter)? Such things are but likely to happen when two ladies come together.

Why didn’t anyone say, let the older actress decide? The problem would have been solved in a jiffy.

Well, jokes apart, but the fight was a real serious one. Both the ladies are cast in the film Hum Tum Shabana. Actually, the problem started when the song Music Bandh Mat Karo was to be shot on the sets of the film. The sets were turned into a nightclub for the song.

The song was to indicate the entry of Minissha Lamba in the film. However, when Minissha Lamba entered the sets, she saw that Pia Trivedi looks hotter and more glamorous than her. However, the dress that Minissha was wearing was changed and the song was shot.

Later it came to light through a source from Minissha Lamba that, the outfit that Pia Trivedi was wearing was supposed to be Minissha’s outfit. However, Pia Trivedi has done more damage to her than to Minissha. She wanted more of screen space and time.

These demands did not go too well with the director and the producer. They have taken a firm decision of not ever working with Pia Trivedi ever again.

Minissha Lamba is a hot nurse in Bheja Fry 2

There have been a lot of talks about the upcoming film Bheja Fry 2 and the protagonist in the movie, Vinay Pathak. However, there has been very little talk about Minissha Lamba. The Indian beauty has been inspired by the looks of Darryl Hannah from Kill Bill 1.
Minissha had no problems in wearing the same dress for the promos of the film. However, finding the cap for herself proved to be a daunting task for her. The cap worn by Darryl Hannah is one of its kinds it was not easy finding exactly the same type of cap for Minissha as well.
However, in reality, it was Ekta Kapoor who got the credit for this characterization even when Ekta has no part to play in the movie anyhow. Minissha confirms that the success stories are recognized instantly, but no one cares to know what efforts went in it. She even said that she wanted to dedicate the character to a woman and found no one better than that of Ekta Kapoor.
The film Bheja Fry 2 is all set to release soon and is expected to do well at the box office. you can also see tag lines such as “The original idiot is back”.

These are not my diamonds: Minissha Lamba

After a couple of days’ of rest from Minissha Lamba’s side, she has come up with a statement about the diamonds those were found in her bag when she was returning from Cannes this week. She said that the diamonds were given to her to wear for the Cannes festival and that she has no right on them.

Minissha Lamba was caught (or let’s say found) with diamonds worth Rs. 50 lakhs. She said that, the jewelers who owned them were Anmol Jewellers and that it was just a part of the film festival. She had nothing to do with them after the fest was over. She also said that as the jewellery belongs to Anmol Jewellers, there cannot be any type of case against her.

As far as the technicalities now go, the jewelers would be called up to verify if Minissha is speaking the truth or not. Apart from that, the entire jewellery will be in the custody of the government until then.

The Cannes Film Festival did not prove to be too good for Minissha Lamba, as apart from this jewellery issue, she has also lost her personal bag during the trip.

Minissha Lamba held with Rs. 50 lakh diamond jewellery

Just after walking the Red Carpet at Cannes gracefully, Minissha Lamba was held with jewellery with Rs. 50 lakhs. She was detained by the Custom officials at the international airport in Mumbai. The reason was that she had not declared the diamond jewellery that she was carrying.

It was just after Minissha was returning from Cannes that she was detained at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. She was held up by the officials for as many as 16 long hours. She reached the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport from Cannes at around 8.30 in the morning.

The 16 hour interrogation made Minissha spend the entire day with the customs itself. The presence of the diamond jewellery came to notice when Minissha was crossing the green signal.

It is expected that the sexy actress be called up again for further investigation if the need arises.

Minissha Lamba says walking the Red Carpet is unbelievable

Some days ago, we had reported to you about Minissha Lamba waiting to walk the Red Carpet at the 64th Cannes International Film Festival. She had been invited to grace the Red Carpet along with other Indian celebrities like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Freida Pinto.

“I’m feeling ecstatic, excited and I’m feeling honored. It's a dream come true for me.” This is how Minissha expressed her feelings about her presence at the Film Festival. During the fest, Minissha will also attend the premiere of Woody Allen's “Midnight in Paris”.

Amongst the male representatives, it will be Saif Ali Khan, who will also walk the Red Carpet at Cannes.

Red Carpet awaits Minissha Lamba at Cannes

Minissha Lamba will be one of the Indian actresses to walk the Red Carpet at the Cannes International Film Festival, which starts on May 11. Some days ago, we had reported that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Freida Pinto and Sonam Kapoor will also be the ones who will walk on the Red Carpet.

Apart from that, she will also be present to attend the premier of Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris. A party follows the premier, which is known as the after party. Minissha has also been invited for the same.

The 26 year old actress has confirmed her presence for the film festival. She said that she would be present on the opening night of the Woody Allen premier. However, Minissha has plans of her own when she visits the festival. According to her, she will not make a beeline to return home as and when the festival is over.

Instead she plans to wait back and is excited at the thought of attending some other events of the annual film festival.
