Kareena Kapoor to be cast in item song for Dabangg 2

It is being speculated that the bold and beautiful Kareena Kapoor will set the screens on fire with her sizzling performance for an item number in Dabangg 2. In Dabangg, it was Malaika Arora Khan who literally made the young generation crazy with her ‘Munni badnaam hui’ item song. It is now the turn of Kareena Kapoor to do a Munni.

Kareena Kapoor has been known for her excellent dance sequences and she is an acclaimed dancer herself. She has shown her dancing abilities through various songs through the films she has acted in. However, saying yes to an item song that has such a huge popularity graph is no child’s play. Kareena will have to give her best, as there will naturally be comparison between Malaika Arora Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Bodyguard, Ek Mai Aur Ekk Tu and Jab We Met are some of the films which were hits and has seen Kareena be an important part of all of them. Who will forget the item song from Farhan Akhtar’s film Don?

Though Kareena has a good history of delivering hit numbers, the sequel to Dabangg will be a different ballgame altogether.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Don 2 in copyright trouble

Shah Rukh Khan’s troubles aren’t over yet. After facing the quiz by ED a few days back, SRK starrer, Don 2 is in trouble now. It is the copyright infringement, according to the original makers of Don. On that term, the production house has been sent legal notice.

Don 2 is the sequel of the Amitabh Bachchan hit film Don. SRK is main male lead role in Don 2. However, as far as the sequel goes, Nariman films, the production house of Don, is not pleased with the way the sequel has been handled. But what is the reason for Nariman films to send a notice to the sequel directed by Farhan Akhtar?

Nariman films said that they had given only the rights to remake the film to Excel Entertainment. Nariman films points out that they had not given the permission to remake the film as a sequel. That’s where the violation of copyright is, the original Don producers think.

Iva Bansal and Digvijay Chopra, the two advocates appointed by Nariman films said that they will take legal action against producers of Don 2 at that High Court and criminal courts as well for relief. On the other side Ritesh Sidhwani of the Excel Entertainment said that whatever they were doing was legal and charges of Nariman Films are false and baseless.

Don 2 may be released on Christmas.

After Asin, it is bikini dilemma for Katrina Kaif

Some days ago, we had reported to you about Asin having lots of problems wearing a bikini in her forthcoming film Housefull2. Now, Katrina Kaif is walking on Asin’s footsteps. Apparently, Katrina Kaif is expected to go in the two-piece apparel in her forthcoming film Dhoom 3.

It was way back in 2003, when Katrina was last seen in a bikini. It was for the film Boom. Since then, the two – bikini and Katrina have never met. Now, it is very likely or unlikely the same will happen again. Actually, the production house of Dhoom 3 has put a clause for Katrina that she will have to be in the swimwear suit for a couple of scenes.

Why is it that Katrina Kaif thinks that sporting a bikini is going to show her below her dignity? Had it not been for such a mindset, she would have never refused to don it. Does she think it is cheap, wearing a bikini?

Well, there is nothing to feel sorry or below dignity to wear a bikini. Let it not get a tag on bikini, at least in India, that only those ladies wear it who need to do skin show to keep them in the glamour world.

Then how did other leading heroines like Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra sport it in their films like Kambakht Ishq and Don?
