In his upcoming film Action Jackson, star Ajay Devgn will be seen romancing as many as three heroines. Apart from that, there will also be a sword and a knife fight in Bollywood after quite a considerable period of time.

Out of the three women in the film, two of them are known faces. Sonakshi Sinha is the first actress out of them and the second is Yami Gautam. However, the director of the film Prabhu Deva wanted a new face for the third leading lady.

The actress, according to Prabhu Deva, should have a lean body and be a tall girl. Their search ended in the form of Manasvi Mamgai. For those who do not know, Manasvi Mamgai is a former Miss India. In 2010 she had won the title.

In one of the promotional posters of the film, she is seen in a bare back to the camera. There are tattoos on her back to the lower side and her right shoulder. There is also “AJ” on her back. These are the initials of Ajay Devgn. These are on her back as she is extremely crazy of Ajay Devgn’s Jai character in the film.

Yami Gautam has demanded a whopping fee of Rs. 1.5 crores to be the face of a jewelry brand. However, Ileana D’Cruz replaced the expensive Yami Gautam at only about one third of the price. It looks as if Yami Gautam has become too costly for her image and her boots. 

It could possibly be the success of Vikcy Donor that could have made Yami Gautam articulate the price. She already is the ambassador of a phone brand as well as a fairness product. Seeing her popularity, the owners of a jewelry company wanted to sign her up for their products.

However, they were in for a shocking treatment when Yami Gautam demanded a huge amount of Rs. 1.5 crores. There was no way the owners would pay that much to Yami Gautam. They had some other ideas and so did Ileana D’Cruz. Ileana D’Cruz was happy enough to accept the offer for about Rs. 50 lakhs.

It is indeed a bit surprising to know that Ileana D’Cruz was ready to sign the offer for a mere Rs. 50 lakhs taking into account her immensely huge fan following in the south and she is more senior than Yami Gautam.

Yami Gautam and Vidya Balan are victims of imposters

The actress Yami Gautam and the bombshell Vidya Balan are one of the latest to be the victims of imposters on the internet. It has come as a shock to both the actresses that there are people who are pretending to be these two actresses on the social networking sites. It has been a sort of headache for the two ladies. 

Vidya Balan, who is the more popular of the two, was the one with the most number of replies whenever she meets someone in person. People tell her that she had talked to them online. This was of course something which Vidya had never thought of before.

It is then that she realized that there is a certain counterfeit Vidya online. The most interesting part is that neither Vidya Balan nor Yami Gautam has accounts on social networking sites. Their fans should be aware of this fact. Vidya Balan said that the popular tweeter handle @realvidyabalan is also not hers.

Even Yami Gautam said that she has no intentions of spending her time on social networking sites. On the contrary, she said that she does not believe in these things.

Yami Gautam not game for item songs

Yami Gautam – a new star on the horizon might not be doing an item number. When all that matters is an item number in a film, Yami Gautam has decided to go the other way round. Yami Gautam, who had a rollicking performance in the film Vicky Donor, has also stylishly walked the ramps showing her toned body.

Speaking about her favorite working style, she said that she would not love to get stuck in a certain genre. There are many types of roles that could be explored and Yami is certainly looking at variety. However, she has said that she not fixed any such thing as yet.

Speaking about Vicky Donor, Yami Gautam said that the film has given her recognition, but that is not the end of the road for her. She added that she is in the industry to entertain people as well as experiment. However, the entertainment will not come in the form of an item number for her.

Yami Gautam, who is a yoga practitioner herself, said that it helps her to remain fit.
