After two days of uneasiness Shah Rukh Khan and Shirish
Kunder finally patched up at Mannat, the residence of Shah Rukh Khan. Gauri
Khan, wife of Shah Rukh and Sajid Khan, Farah Khan's brother played a major
role in the reconciliation. If the entire ‘drama’ is to be summed up in a few
words, then we can say all is well that ends well.
It was Gauri and Sajid who took the initiative to calm the
heating atmosphere down. A meeting was arranged at Mannat by the two over a
meal. Sajid Khan said that all the events were really ugly and he was not
feeling good about it. However, he blamed the media for giving it a lot of
publicity.
According to Sajid, the news did not need front page coverage
in the newspapers. Sajid Khan went down the memory lane when he said that it
was Shah Rukh who was one of the only three witnesses when Farah got married to
Shirish. So that is a special thing for him and the Sajid-Farah Khan family.
