For her role in Krissh2, Kangana Ranaut has lost about
5KG for playing the lead opposite Hrithik Roshan. She has resorted to martial
arts to keep her weight under check. She will be seen in a skin-tight mutant. She
is also keeping a close eye on her diet plan to see to it that she remains fit
to fit in the skin-tight costume.
Judo, karate, and taekwondo are three arms of martial arts
that Kangana is practicing as well. The suit is skin-tight and it will not be
easy for Kangana to wear the same for hours together. It has to be so
well-dressed that a single fold can make the actress wear the entire costume
once again all over before the next shoot starts.
It takes at least an hour to wear the entire suit with the
make-up. Nowadays, Kangana’s day starts at around 5 am when she starts her
fitness programme. She then leaves for her home, gets fresh and starts her
shooting. She is on smaller meals during the days and nothing heavy is
acceptable to her at the moment.
