For the joint production of Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj
titled Ek Thi Daayan, as many as three heroines are likely to feature. These
three ladies are Konkona Sen Sharma, Huma Qureshi and Kalki Koechlin. Though it
is still not confirmed if all these three lead actresses will feature, it is
more likely that they will.
These three heroines will be seen in the trailers of the film
if things fall in place. They are likely to be the ‘face’ of the ‘daayan’
in the trailer. Earlier, it was Rani Mukharjee who was offered the lead role in
the film. The film Ek Thi Daayan is based on a supernatural story.
As far as the three optimistic heroines are concerned, they
do not find anything being uncomfortable featuring in the same film. Emraan
Hashmi will be playing the male protagonist in the film. The trailers of the film
will start from Friday – January 11.
There will be only Emraan in the first trailer. He will be discussing
about the ‘qualities’ a ‘daayan’ should have.
