Indian Muslim body issues fatwa against Veena Malik

Life has not been the same for Veena Malik since she posed undressed for the FHM magazine. An Indian Muslim body has now issued a fatwa against the Pakistani starlet for her deeds. Bhopal based All India Muslim Tyohar (Festivals) Committee has come out with the fatwa. There are more Muslim bodies that are unhappy with the way Veena is behaving.

According to the All India Muslim Tyohar (Festivals) Committee has said that they were getting a lot of complaints about Veena Malik. Importantly, it is the disrespect she showed for an institution as sacred as marriage – known as nikaah in Urdu. Veena’s signing the contract with an entertainment channel has not gone too well.

Majlis-e-Shura, as the Muslim body in Bhopal is known as, has said that the activities being carried out by Veena Malik was sending a negative signal to the young girls. It was time they took some steps to stop this.

It now remains to be seen what developments and effects this fatwa makes on the Pakistani model. Her upcoming reality show Swyamvar 4 could also be at risk.

Veena Malik starts shooting for Swayamvar 4

Veena Malik has started the shooting of NDTV's Imagine TV reality show Swayamvar 4. It could not have come at a better time for the channel as Veena is currently in the storm of the news for posing nude for the FHM India magazine cover. Veena has been signed for the reality show for an amount of Rs. 3 crores.

Veena said that she was very thrilled about doing the reality show. This is a show where Veena will be looking for the Prince Charming. There have been entries from all over the world so do find the right person for Veena may be a bit of a challenge.

The grooms will have to go through various kinds of tests. The tests will determine their compatibility along with the lady. It will also be useful for testing how much they love Veena and what all they are ready to do for her. however, she will be helped by her friends and her family members to choose the right candidate for her.

Veena Malik finalized for Swayamvar 4

The Pakistani beauty Veena Malik has been finalized for the next season of the reality show Swayamvar. Veena Malik will be the first non-Indian to feature in the reality programme after Rakhi Sawant, Rahul Mahajan and Ratan Rajput who featured in the first, second and the third seasons respectively.

It has been known from the sources that the channel has offered Veena Rs. 1.5 crore more than what had been previously decided. However, there is a clause for this extra sum. If Veena Malik only participates in the show and does not actually marry the guy she chooses, then she will be paid Rs. 3 crore. However, if Veena marries the man she picks, she will get 4.5 crores.

There were some doubts about Veena Malik giving the nod for the reality show as she was caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea. There was a moment when she feared she would have to lose her boyfriend and brother of Amisha Patel, Ashmit Patel. But now the new clause seems to have worked in her favor.
