Dilip Kumar death rumors: Big B rubbishes reports

In yet another rumor, Twitter was stormed with tweets about the death of former thespian Dilip Kumar. However, the air was promptly cleared by none other than Amitabh Bachchan himself and that too through Twitter.
Writing off the condolence messages to Dilip Kumar, Big B said that there were false rumors about the veteran actor’s death. He even added that, Sairaji – Saira Banu, Dilip Kumar’s wife had informed him of his well being.
Just a few days back, Muhammad Yusuf Khan, Dilip Kumar’s birth name, was seen at the wedding of Arpita Khan. He looked fit and fine there. However, finally on Monday, after a prolonged illness, the senior actor breathed his last at the Lilavati Hospital, of course, according to the rumors.
This is not the first time that anyone has played a prank on Dilip Kumar and that too such a serious one. In September 2011, there was a similar rumor that spoke of the actor’s death. Then it was his wife, Saira Banu, who had come up with a public statement refuting the reports.
We wish a long and healthy life for Dilip Kumar!

Ranbir Kapoor overlooks Salman Khan’s digs on Katrina Kaif

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif may get married next year. And the comments made by Salman Khan on his ex may not affect that, it is believed. Before dating Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina was the rumored girlfriend of Salman Khan.
In the recent wedding reception of Salman’s sister Arpita, Salman didn’t lose the opportunity to pass some comments on Ranbir’s current girlfriend. It was reported that Salman had six different things to say about himself and Katrina that also indirectly included Ranbir Kapoor.
It was only a matter of time before Ranbir came to know of this all. It was expected that when the Kapoor boy would hear this, he would get upset and lose his cool. However, to everyone’s surprise, there was nothing from Ranbir’s side. He decided to keep mum about the entire issue.
Salman had commented about Katrina that she first acted with Akshay Kumar and then with him. And without naming Ranbir, he said how much more are you going to fall now? In another dig at her, he said that he had given her a chance to becoming Katrina Khan.
In one more comment regarding her name, was when he asked her to come on stage and when she was shying away from appearing, Salman called her Katrina Kapoor.

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan unite over kissing picture

Wedding of Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan has certainly brought more joy to the Khan fans as both Salman and Shah Rukh Khan seem to have put back their differences and moved on. SRK partied hard on the occasion of Arpita’s wedding and was seen enjoying himself with none other than Salman Khan.
After the mehendi ceremony of Arpita, a certain image had gone viral on the net of which both Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan were aware. The image in question was of the two Khans kissing each other.
Of course, the images were morphed. But, that was enough to amuse both of them (and their fans as well). Salman funnily asked SRK if he had seen their morphed image to which he replied in the affirmative. Continuing with his joke, Salman said that he had the original picture (in which he and SRK are seen kissing).
Salman added, it looked like you (SRK) were enjoying (the kiss). King Khan taunted back saying he wasn’t enjoying the kiss at all.
Common whatever, we are really happy to see both Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan back to square one with their good old days returning.

Ban lifted by photographers over Salman Khan

The Bombay News Photographers' Association (BNPA) had banned the Dabangg Salman Khan by refusing to cover any of his outings related to his films. This was a professional blow to Salman Khan that materialized during Kick.
Actually, when a song from the film Kick was to be launched there was a horrible clash between the security staff of the actor and the photographers. Reports then claimed that the pressmen were manhandled by Salman’s security.
However, Salman Khan showed his human side by taking the initiative by inviting the photographers to the reception party of Arpita’s wedding. The secretary of BNPA, Rajneesh Kakade knew of the invitation and accepted it saying that was the best chance to sort things out between the star and the association.
He said that by forwarding the invitation, Salman said that he didn’t have any grudge against the lensmen. There was also no issue from the BNPA and so the call to attend the reception was accepted.
Rajneesh Kakade also wished the newly married couple on their new phase in life.

Richa Chadda to play cabaret dancer in the film Cabaret

Richa Chadda has been selected to play the character of a cabaret dancer in the upcoming film produced by Pooja Bhatt. Kaustav Narayan Niyogi, who is a well-known figure in the advertising arena, will be directing the film.
The search for Richa Chadda should be termed as an apt selection as she is a trained dancer. She has got training in multiple dance forms and so she should be able to carry off the responsibility well enough.
Through her character in the film, she will pay tributes to the dancers of the bygone era, especially the 1970s and the 1980s. The dancers of those times with special cabaret dance will once again be remembered through this film.
Richa has done films in which she has shown her sensual side. She is after all, known for her bold scenes as well. But, very few people knew that she is a trained dancer. So, this will serve as a big opportunity to Richa to both act and dance to her content.
There aren’t any more details available about the release of the film.

Salman Khan finally introduced Iulia Vantur as his girlfriend

Salman Khan has, it seems, finally made his relationship with Iulia Vantur public by addressing her as his ‘girlfriend’. So, it looks like Salman is pretty interested and serious in taking his relationship to the next level with Iulia Vantur.
Iulia Vantur, the Romanian TV host has been linked with Salman Khan for quite some time now. And now that he publicly addressed her as his girlfriend, it looks like the two are seriously moving ahead though not all of that is getting public.
Looking a bit at the history, there are ladies like Sangeeta Bijlani, Somy Ali followed by Aishwarya Rai and more recently Katrina Kaif as the ladies who have, at one point of time been tagged as Salman’s girlfriends. And now Iulia Vantur is the next in the list.
But do not forget that, after he broke up with Katrina, there were at least two ladies with whom Salman was linked they are Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy Shah. However, the links with those two of them were not very serious and just ripples on the water.
We hope Salman at least now finds his life partner in Iulia Vantur!
