There are no
gains without pains and the Dreamgirl of yester years, Hema Malini has proved
that once again. She said that the tag of Dreamgirl was not easy and that she
had to take a lot of efforts to keep it intact. Indeed it was difficult to bear
the same for more than 40 years of her glittering Bollywood career.

was speaking on the occasion of the Colors Channel’s Golden Petal Awards programme.
As soon as Hema approached the stage, the same good old ‘dreamgirl’ song
started playing in the background. It was a unique experience for all those
present there.
The actress
today is 63 years old. However, she is as young as ever. She said that she did
take efforts to maintain the tag she had achieved. But at the same time, she also
clarified that she did not do anything aiming to get any tag for herself in the
industry.
