removed by the board before granting it the PG certificate.
Indian cinema has moved a step further ahead by introducing
the PG rating – the first of its kinds in India. According to the PG rating, children
who are less than 15 years old should be accompanied by their parents – or at
least one of the two.
Taking a tough stand, the board has also given directions to
the film to use the exact size of letters when showing the PG rating for the
film. A 24-size font for the hoardings has been recommended by the board.
