Priyanka Chopra – a crowdpuller in Hyderabad

Priyanka Chopra knows how to pull crowds anywhere, be it even Hyderabad – outside Bollywood’s hemisphere. Priyanka has been shooting for a Telugu film along with Ramcharan Teja in Hyderabad and the hotel where she is staying has become a beehive. Many young fans of Priyanka Chopra are constantly gathering outside the hotel.

Priyanka was in Hyderabad to shoot the bi-lingual Hindi-Telugu film Zanjeer by Apoorva Lakhia. On a normal Friday evening the time for the young people is to enjoy themselves in a pub or a casino. However, this one was different as there was the presence of Priyanka Chopra herself.

However, Priyanka Chopra is not left alone anytime. There are at least a couple of hundred people who wish to shake hands with her. And they also wish to see her along with Ramcharan Teja. So it gets a bit weird at times.

The shooting for the film will continue until December 5. Until then there will be lots of time for the Priyanka fans in Hyderabad to get up close and personal with their favorite icon.

Priyanka Chopra will do Bhangra if Barfi makes to the finals

Priyanka Chopra is planning to dance to the tunes of Bhangra if the film Barfi makes it to the finals of the Oscars. `If we manage to reach Oscars, I will surely do the Bhangra at the Kodak theatre’. Barfi is the official entry for the Academy Awards from India.

The chirpy Priyanka Chopra was quite confident that there will be the best result for her and the entire unit of the film. There is one reason for Priyanka Chopra to sound so confident. She has received a lot of praise at the Busan Film Festival where the film was also screen. PC was acclaimed for her role tremendously.

The Bollywood actress has been super busy since her debut music album, In My City was launched. Apart from that Bollywood has kept her busy as usual. There were rumors doing the rounds that Priyanka would be seen in Sher Khan starring Salman Khan.

However, Priyanka has made things clear that she hasn’t been approached for the role in the film. But, there are other films like the remake of Zanjeer, Krrish 3 and a couple of other project at her hands currently.

Priyanka Chopra to play the lead in remake of Zanjeer

It has been confirmed that Priyanka Chopra will play the lead in the remake of Zanjeer. The film will be directed by Apoorva Lakhia. It is understood that Priyanja’s role was confirmed on Wednesday – a couple of days ago.

Priyanka Chopra would not be seen as a household woman like Jaya Bhaduri was depicted in the original film. But in fact, Priyanka will be shown as the one who has just come back from the United States and is an own of a café. It will be interesting to see that Priyanka won’t be seen in even a song in the film.

Even if she is not doing any songs, Priyanka will be seen dressed glamorously. It is understood that Priyanka has been paid around Rs. 6 crores, which also involves her to act even in the Telugu version of the film apart from the Hindi one.
