today, Vidya Balan can reach as high as only Rs. 30 lakhs for an ad today. The
figure became public recently. The actress will be paid this sum for the
endorsement of an apparel brand.
The price is far too less given her recent spate of success
her two films - The Dirty Picture and Kahaani - have seen. Vidya
Balan is an actress of Malayali origin, though she has hardly lived in Kerala.
She is likely to become a brand ambassador of a new range of apparel to be
brought into the market by a jewelry brand.
The home connection might be the reason behind Vidya charging
a small sum for the ad endorsement. Otherwise, Vidya Balan is a big name in the
Bollywood today and she most certainly deserves a lot more.
