Some days ago we had reported to you about Indian actress Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue at the famous Madame Tussauds wax museum in England. However, there are reports saying this might hardly be a reality. So what is the latest about the entire issue?According to the latest developments, the wax statue of Kareena Kapoor might not find a place at the Madame Tussauds museum yet. The statue would be in a small English town Blackpool, which is in North West England. To add to that the Chameli look of the wax statue is also under doubt. The final look of the wax statue is yet to be finalized.
The initial reports were claiming that the statue would be unveiled on August 15 – India’s Independence Day. However, the Kareena camp is now telling us that the event has been postponed by a couple of months and would be held in the month of October.
If all things go as planned and the wax statue is indeed finds a place at the Madame Tussauds museum, Kareena Kapoor would be the sixth Indian from the film industry to find a place in the world-famous museum. Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Hrithik Roshan are the other actors.
Sachin Tendulkar is the only celebrity from the sports world to get a wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum.
