Aaradhya overshadows mom Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

For once Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would have liked to get overshadowed as the person was none other than her daughter Aaradhya. The baby is not still even one year old and she is already making the headlines all over. Though customarily it is Aishwarya who hogs the limelight, it was her daughter who got one over her.

The baby was certainly looking cute and was dressed in a white frock and a hair band. The youngest member of the Bachchan family was with the other members and her mother when Aishwarya was offered the French Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters. The only member who was absent was Jaya Bachchan.

Aaradhya was constantly crying and wasn’t at all happy when her mother was invited on the stage to accept the award. Finally, her father, Abhishek Bachchan had to take her outside to calm her down. Aishwarya also spoke a word or two about her motherhood.

She was visible happy and elated on all the developments going on around her.

Yash Raj Films gets a legal notice from Ajay Devgn

Ajay Devgn proved to be a completely professional man by sending a legal notice to Yash Raj Films. It is breaking news, almost literally as it has sent shock waves amongst many in Bollywood. It was totally unexpected considering the sad demise of the grand old man of Indian romantic cinema, Yash Chopra.

According to an insider, the notice was sent on October 18, only three days before Yash Chopra breathed his last. The notice was sent to the son of Yash, Aditya Chopra. The notice is regarding the respective films Son of Sardar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

According to Ajay Devgn the YRF has exercised their power in the industry to put pressure on the exhibitors. With this they wanted to give preference to their film ahead of Son of Sardar.

There was a general trend in the industry that Ajay Devgn, as a respect, would not release the film on the same date that Jab Tak Hai Jaan is releasing. Both films are set to release on November 13 – the all important day of Diwali.

As far as the YRF is concerned, they have said that they haven’t received any such notice as yet and will take appropriate action if required.

Father’s death forces Karishma Kotak to leave Bigg Boss house

Karishma Kotak, one of the inmates of the Bigg Boss house had to leave the house due to her father’s death. Her father was suffering from liver sclerosis and finally breathed his last after fighting the illness for some time. It was a stay of around one month of the model before her untimely exit due to an unfortunate incident.

It was a rather secluded stay for the model inside the Bigg Boss house as she tried to remain aloof from all controversies. It was just about the time when she had begun to get involved with other inmates of the house that she had to leave. She was hardly starting to mingle up with other people.

From her early days in the house, she was close to Niketan and later on with Navjot Singh Sidhu. She was mostly a reserved type of a person.
