Kunal Khemu and Soha Ali Khan to marry in January 2015

Love birds Kunal Khemu and Soha Ali Khan are expected to marry in January 2015. The two actors are looking to take a step further in their relationship by tying the knot in the first month of the next year. The two had got engaged in the month of July this year.

The two of them never hid anything about their relationship. On the contrary, whenever there was an opportunity, they expressed their love to each other openly. As far as their marriage is concerned, they have also finalized the date, which is understood to be January 25, 2015.

First reports suggest that the wedding of Kunal and Soha will only be simple marriage that will be attended only by the close friends and family members of the two. However, inside ‘story’ from a friend is that the marriage will indeed be a grand affair.

The question is how can a marriage from a Khan family be simple, the friend questions. The function will indeed be a grand affair. Kunal and Soha have worked in two films earlier and have been dating for around four years.

Jacqueline Fernandez replaces Deepika Padukone

Jacqueline Fernandez is in the news all the time of late. After Milan Luthria expressed his wish to work with the actress, here is another news piece where it is understood that she will be seen in the next film by Sujoy Ghosh.

Sujoy Ghosh, who remained in the news thick and fast after his successful directorial Kahaani a couple of years back is a sought after director. There were guesses around the industry that the beautiful Deepika Padukone will be seen in his next film.

However, according to the latest developments, it is understood that not Deepika but Jacqueline Fernandez will be in Sujoy Ghosh’s film. Apart from that, Saif Ali Khan will be the leading male protagonist in the film. There were reports earlier that Saif and Deepika will be paired in the film after the director was seen on the sets of Piku.

Rumors started doing rounds that the pair of Saif and Deepika would be cast as they had a great outing in their previous film Cocktail. However, latest reports suggest that there will be Jacqueline instead of Deepika Padukone in the film.

Sunny Leone will play Mamta Kulkarni in Jayesh Sheth film

Sunny Leone is supposed to have been signed for a film that will be made on former Bollywood actress Mamta Kulkarni. Mamta Kulkarni was seen as the sex symbol in the 1990s. And reports are doing the rounds that the former adult actress Sunny Leone will be in the lead.

Jayesh Sheth, who is a renowned photographer, will be leading the film making process. When he was speaking about casting someone in the film, Jayesh said that the first lady that came to mind was Sunny Leone. The reason for casting her is that, according to Mr. Sheth Sunny resembles Mamta a lot.

Elaborating a bit, Jayesh Sheth said that both women have a very hot and sensuous body and carry an innocent face. This needs suits the best for Sunny Leone and that’s why she was chosen for the film. He however didn’t confirm if she was indeed going to do the film.

Speaking about finalizing Sunny, Jayesh said that there was still time to confirm the news and that it would be early to say anything. He said that he will take a final call only when the script is finished.

Milan Luthria wants making films with Jacqueline Fernandez

Director Milan Luthria seems to be a fan of Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez. He now wants making films with her. Jacqueline has worked with other directors like Abbas-Mastan, Mohit Suri and Sajid Khan.

Aladin, in which she made her Bollywood debut in 2009 was directed by Sujoy Ghosh was also a director she has worked with. And now, it is not the actress, but the director himself who wants to cast her in his film.

Terming her as an interesting and upcoming actress, Milan Luthria said that he had termed the flick Kick as a new beginning for her. Jacqueline was seen in Kick opposite Salman Khan. Kick was Sajid Nadiadwala’s first film as a director.

Though the debut film for Jacqueline Fernandez doomed at the box office, Milan Luthria was sharp enough to spot the talent in the actress. Speaking further about the actress, the director said that he would really happy if he gets a chance to work with the actress from Sri Lanka.

As of now, Jacqueline Fernandez is busy with the shoot of her latest flick Roy. In Roy, she will be seen in a double role.

India’s Raw Star Rituraj Mohanty wants to do playback singing

The winner of India’s Raw Star Rituraj Mohanty now wants to devote his entire time on playback singing. For the winner of the reality show, singing is everything. The Odisha singer won the singing reality show that carried a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs.

Apart from that, he also got a Maruti Suzuki Swift car and a contract with the TV channel STAR Plus. Being a down to earth man, Rituraj said that he would use the money for repairing his old house, which is built in mud.

Veteran actor Deven Varma passes away aged 77

Veteran actor Deven Varma, who acted innumerable films passed away in Pune. He was 77. He was suffering from kidney failure and also suffered cardiac arrest, according to the reports from IANS.

Deven Varma had a very unique sense of humor and timing. It showed in his various films whenever he played the comic roles in his films. Some of his most memorable films are Judaai, Andaaz Apna Apna and Dil To Paagal Hai. Another of his unforgettable films is Angoor.

There is no doubt that a very accomplished actor has left a big void in the entertainment field. Just recently, Bollywood had lost Sadashiv Amrapurkar. And the death of Deven Varma has dealt a second blow to film buffs.

There were a host of condolence messages from the Bollywood fraternity after the news of the death of Mr. Varma spread. Film makers like Vikram Bhatt, Karan Johar and Madhur Bhandarkar were some of the early people send their message.

Karan Johar’s next film with Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

The upcoming film by film maker Karan Johar will have three superstars in it – Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. It is understood that the title of the film is Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

The announcement has been made official by none other than Karan Johar himself. And that’s why there is nothing to speculate about. It will be the first time that the film maker will be working with the Bachchan bahu and that will be a good sign for her fans.

As far as Ranbir and Anushka are concerned, Karan worked with them earlier in the film titled Bombay Velvet. He is of the opinion that the chemistry of the two actors has been exceptional. And that is the reason why he has once again decided to cast them.

Moral police slaps Gauhar Khan for short dress

Moral police are there in India and it was proved by a certain man who straight slapped actress Gauhar Khan. The reason? Well, she was wearing a short dress and that is what didn’t go well with this ‘moral police’.

Gauhar was hosting India’s Raw Star, which is a reality show and was being shot at the Film City in suburban Goregaon. A man from the audience came up and slapped the model as he thought she shouldn’t have worn a short dress, which doesn’t go with the Muslims.

Mohammed Akil Mallick, was the ‘moral police’ who slapped Gauhar Khan when there was the show’s break. What’s more, he also touched her inappropriately right then and there. However, the security guards present on the occasion rushed in and took control of the situation. Even the police were informed about these developments.

Gauhar Khan was awestruck when the incident happened. Actually, the man had managed to break through the security of around 250 bouncers and still made his way up to the actress. She then took a break of an hour before she managed to build herself to make her comfortable to shoot for the remaining duration of the show.
