Salman Khan comes to the rescue of Pritam Chakraborty

Salman Khan continues to act as a savior for his Bollywood friends. Yesterday we had reported about Sallu coming to the aid of Subhash Ghai. Now, Pritam Chakraborty finds himself under the shadow of Salman Khan. Salman jumped to Pritam’s rescue during a press conference for the film Ready.
Until the career that Pritam Chakraborty had in Bollywood, many might know that Pritam has always been accused of plagiarism. He has been pointed fingers at due to the copying of songs. There was one such question thrown at Pritam by a journalist in the conference.
Pritam Chakraborty was taken aback by the sudden and expected question that would come back again to haunt him. The composer was not at all ready for this unexpected question. He had hardly gathered any wits to answer the question, when Salman jumped in between to defend Pritam.
“Are you talking about the lyrics being similar? Don’t you know Pritam hasn’t written the lyrics? Ask the lyricist for the lyrics, not the guy who composed the song.” Hearing this, Pritam felt completely satisfied and relaxed. There was hardly anyone in the past that came out to his defense in the public.
Salman Khan also later told Pritam Chakraborty that he should not surrender meekly to anyone if he thinks that what he has done is right.
Good words, Sallu! These are enough to instill even a dead man.
