Krrish 3, the Hrithik Roshan-starrer super hero film has
found itself in copyright troubles. A writer has moved the Bombay High Court and
has alleged that there is copyright violation of the script after which the release
of the film has been stopped.
The writer in question Uday Singh Rajput, comes from Madhya Pradesh
and has alleged about the violation of the script. He has asked for a stay on
the release of the flick this coming Friday. The writer has asked for
compensation of Rs. 2 crores and only then can the film be released.
Uday Singh Rajput claims that it was he who has penned the
script of Krrish 2 – the sequel of Krrish. His part of the story is that he is
not being given the due for writing the story.
Rakesh Roshan the producer of Krrish has came up with a
response saying the writer shouldn’t be paid immediately unless his part of the
argument is also heard. The hearing of both parties will take place tomorrow –
Thursday, October 31.
