It seems
that Katrina Kaif has decided to do only item numbers. Her next is chikni
chameli in Agneepath. This is the remake of the famous bygone film
in which the superstar of the millennium Amitabh Bachchan starred. The film
will be remade by Karan Johar. The original one was made by his father in the year 1990.
Karan Johar posted
a twitter message about the remake and this is how the world came to know about
these developments. He wrote that Katrina will be doing an item song in the
film Agneepath. The shooting of this particular song will be done in a
week’s time. In the original film Archna Puran Singh had danced to the tunes of
Alibaba, which was also item number.
The remake of
Agneepath will be directed by the new director Karan Malhotra. It is his
debut film. Sanjay Dutt is playing role of villain in this film. If all things go
well it will be released on 26 January 2012.
