Alia Bhatt has shot some intimate scenes in the upcoming film
2 States along with Arjun Kapoor. This is probably the first time for Alia to
carry out such scenes on the big screen ever since she made her debut in Bollywood
with Student of the Year film.
She was asked how and what were the reactions of her parents
when they saw the scenes. To this Alia replied in a very mature way. She said that
when it comes to on screen performances, she is an actor and not anyone’s
daughter. This shows that the actress has certainly grown up since she took her
first step in the industry.
Commenting further, Alia said that she didn’t think that her
father had any problems with the steamy scenes she had with Arjun Kapoor. In
the film, Alia plays the role of a Tamil girl Ananya, who has done her MBA.
The film, directed by Abhishek Verman, is set to release on April
18.
