The acclaimed and the award-winning director Madhur Bhandarkar is in a bout of fresh troubles. Starlet Pretti Jain has made allegations against Mr. Bhandarkar. His past has come back to haunt him for a second time now. It is the same old rape case in which he was accused of earlier. The case dates back to 2004.In a clear-cut statement, Pretti has told that she has slept with Madhur Bhandarkar as many as 16 times. She has even gone on to say that Madhur has promised her a lead role in his film. The rising star’s allegations did not stop here. She added that the director had even promised to marry her then.
Ms. Pretti Jain said that she had slept with Bhandarkar from 1999 to 2004. She added in her statement that whenever she refused to have physical intercourse with him, he even went on to rape her.
Now, summons has been issued in Madhur Bhandarkar’s name. He has been asked to appear before the court on October 18. It may be recalled that Pretti Jain had been arrested in the month of September six years ago. The reason for her arrest was the contract she had awarded to kill Madhur Bhandarkar.
