Yesterday we had reported to you about the Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala being suffering from cancer. However, the reports were not confirmed until then as the reports of some tests were being awaited. However, if the latest news is to be believed, the Bollywood star is indeed diagnosed with cancer.

If the latest reports that claim to be from reliable sources are to be believed, Manisha Koirala has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She is still stationed at the Jaslok Hospital and is undergoing treatment at the moment. However, she is not alone in this hour of crisis for her. Her entire family is also with her.

After suffering from food poisoning some days back, Manisha Koirala then had to face some other problems where then she is said to have fell unconscious. This is when she was admitted to the Jaslok Hospital.

However, Krishnakant Dasyam, who is the PRO of Jaslok Hospital, said that the reports are still speculations. He further added that the check-ups are not over yet and there is nothing conclusive to prove that the actress is indeed suffering from the dreaded disease.

Respecting Manisha’s decision, the hospital authorities will not disclose the details of the tests carried out.

Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala is said to have been diagnosed with cancer and is reportedly admitted to the Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai. Amongst the first few things will be to do some check-ups to determine if she indeed is suffering from the dreaded disease.

She was brought to the hospital on Wednesday and some routine and important check-ups were carried out. All the medical reports are yet to be studied before the doctors can come to any concrete conclusion. Parineeti Chopra is said to have cut her fees so that the organizers can accommodate her as the celebrities for the New Year bash parties are being signed up. Jab Tak Hai Jaan breaks into the Rs. 100cr. mark

After the successful run of Salman Khan’s films that went into the Rs. 100cr. mark, it was Jab Tak Hai Jaan that broke the same milestone. It took just 11 days for the domestic earnings to reach that mark. Jab Tak Hai Jaan features lead actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif along with Anushka Sharma.

The film was produced at a budget of around Rs. 50 crores. And earning twice the amount only from India is indeed heartening. However, as far as the overall earnings are concerned, Rs. 100 crores were earned within six days only, which also included earnings from overseas as well. The film was released on the day of Diwali – the 13th of this month.

There were a couple of reasons, in fact more, why the film was such a popular production from the YRF house. Firstly, it was the last directorial venture of the late Yash Chopra; secondly, he had taken to direction after as many as eight years since he had made Veer-Zaara.

The final reason and probably the most important of them all, was that the director had roped in Shah Rukh Khan. And it was also the first ever film for SRK along with Katrina Kaif.

Poonam Pandey says she enjoyed shooting for Nasha

The queen of controversy, Poonam Pandey has been busy shooting for her first ever film, titled Nasha. We had brought to you the first picture of Poonam posing for a poster sometime back. There had been a lull and no news from Poonam about the developments about the film for some time now.

Navjot Singh Sidhu to quit Bigg Boss today

Anita Advani claims to be a live-in partner of the late actor for more than 10 years and feels that she is equally entitled to the property. Did Lata Mangeshkar and Bhupen Hazarika indeed have an affair?

The estranged wife of Bhupen Hazarika, Priyamvada Patel Hazarika has said that singer Lata Mangeshkar and her husband had an affair. “Lata started a big affair with him” were the words Priyamvada used to describe the affair in her own words. She was speaking to a local TV channel.

The news comes just less than a week before the first death anniversary of Bhupen Hazarika. She further said that the singer from Mumbai was almost crazy for Bhupen Hazarika. She also added that for any musician to come up in the industry, at least in India, the songs should be sung by Lata herself.

When Priyamvada Patel asked Bhupen Hazarika why he needs to spend a night with the singer in a room, he replied at times it needs to be done.

According to Priyamvada Patel, it was due to Lata Mangeshkar that she had to leave her husband as Lata shared a bedroom at Tollygunje apartment when she visited Kolkata.

Incidentally, Bhupen Hazarika has in his autobiography has brought up contexts about a singer based in Mumbai.
