There was a reason that made Parineeti Chopra cry. And these were not just tears, but Parineeti cried and cried a lot. But then what is the reason? It is understood that Parineeti cried after watching Masaan.

Actually, Masaan is a film made by Neeraj Ghaywan. And while watching the film, Parineeti Chopra started crying right there in the theater. “I cried a lot inside the theater”, Parineeti confirmed.

The film that won hearts during the Cannes Film Festival stars Richa Chadda and Vicky Kaushal in the lead role. Other well-known faces are Shweta Tripathi and Sanjay Mishra.

The film is slated to release this Friday. However, the screening for the film circle has been on for at least three days now. Those who saw the film are indeed impressed by the show all the actors have put up.

Of those prominent faces who saw and appreciated the film are film makers Rajkumar Hirani and Kabir Khan and senior actress Shabana Azmi.

The film is a very touching one, according to Parineeti and now it remains to be seen how many viewers the film touches.

What’s wrong with the Chopra sisters?

Something is certainly wrong with sisters Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti Chopra and Meera Chopra. Priyanka and Parineeti are well off in Bollywood. Parineeti Chopra cuts her price for New Year bash

Parineeti Chopra is said to have cut her fees so that the organizers can accommodate her as the celebrities for the New Year bash parties are being signed up. As the month of November comes to an end, there is a lot of activity in the film world to actors and actresses to perform at the New Year Eve’s bash.

The Bollywood actress who got fame with her film Ishaqzaade was supposed to perform with her co-star Arjun Kapoor. The makers of the show wanted to have someone who is a newcomer.  The Ishaqzaade actress was keen on doing the show and accepting the offer.

But to make the organizers say yes, she is supposed to have cut her fees by as much as 50%. Parineeti in no case wanted to get the offer out of her hands. If the reports from the insiders are to be believed, Parineeti was being offered around Rs. 20 lakhs. However, she is said to have agreed to accept less amount.

But when Parineeti was contacted on the issue, she did a complete U-turn. She said that on the contrary, these are the opportunities when one can make double the money one usually makes. Now, that’s smart, Parineeti!

She has been doing films in south apart from a few commercials as well. Now, it is time for Barbie Handa to come to Bollywood. Parineeti Chopra fainted during a fashion show

If the reports are to be believed, Parineeti Chopra did not have good memories of a recent fashion show. She was walking the ramps for the Shabana Azmi’s fashion show. It is learnt that she fainted during her catwalk. This is one situation where Parineeti had trouble finding her footing – literally.

When she was coming back from the ramp and heading towards the exit, she suddenly lost her balance and fell down. She immediately fainted at the door. However, to her good luck, the people around there helped her and offered water. She regained consciousness soon after and everything was fine.

On a lighter note, after all, Parineeti is the cousin of Priyanka Chopra – who also has a bit of the fainting history.

Not dating Parineeti Chopra: Uday Chopra

Uday Chopra is in the news for his alleged links with Parineeti Chopra. The two Chopras are in the news for this same reason. However, the Uday Chopra feels that his linking with Parineeti Chopra is a ridiculous thing.

This is what Uday Chopra tweeted about the news “Whoa! @ParineetiChopra and I are NOT dating guys...it's kinda ridiculous! And she doesn't call me Sir, though I think she should start,”

The news might be a rumor alright, but it had something solid reason to spark it off. The two of them were spotted at different locations during the night hours. They looked to enjoy each other’s company as well. It seems as though there is something more than a professional relationship.

Parineeti Chopra charging half a crore per day?

It certainly looks like Parineeti Chopra is making hay as the sun is still shining, or should we say started to shine on her. It was understood that Parineeti is making full use of her newly found stardom after the success of Ishaqzaade, when she was approached by a well-known cosmetic company. The company needed Parineeti for 10 days in all. One full week will be needed for the campaign while the remaining time would be utilized for two events.

The cosmetic company was not ready to pay anything more than Rs. 25 lakhs per day. The brand is now considering another face to promote their product.

What’s cooking between Jackky Bhagnani and Parineeti Chopra

Parineeti Chopra is no doubt a rising star and it was proved when it was difficult to contact her for an interview. Actor Jackky Bhagnani is a tad ‘senior’ to Parineeti Chopra. Economic recession make Parineeti Chopra an actress

Would you believe it if you are told that, Parineeti Chopra, the leading lady of her Ishqzaade, has got into acting thanks to the economic recession? Parineeti is a qualified student who holds as many as three degrees in the field of finance. No wonder, she wanted to become an investment banker.

Parineeti has got triple honors in the field of business, economics and finance. She always wanted to be a banker. That is why going into the studies of finance was a natural thing for her. Actress Parineeti Chopra not to start singing yet

Not many may know actress Parineeti Chopra has her own talents apart from acting. The newbie is a trained singer, who has taken the necessary technical knowledge for as many as six years. So how is Parineeti going to exploit her talent if she indeed has one to her personality?

Well, according to Parineeti, she has had her training under Nidhi Narag in Ambala, whom she considers her guru in the field. Parineeti says that she is still concentrating on her acting and singing is not on her minds right now. While speaking about her singing, Parineeti, knowingly or unknowingly spoke about her future plans.

It might not be for another five to six years before we can get to hear this new voice. She wants to wait for this period as she thinks it will give her the grip over her acting. She is currently busy with the promotion of her second film titled Ishaqzaade. The film will be launched on May 11, which will be the debut film of Arjun Kapoor – Boney Kapoor’s son.
