The name ‘Danone’ might not click with you as chances are you have heard this name for the first time. Well, Danone is a company from France which is into dairy products. Aishwarya’s publicist has denied reports that the company has signed the beauty queen as their brand ambassador.
It all started when a Bollywood website reported that the company had signed a deal with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan about she being their brand ambassador. Finally it was the company itself which had to issue an official letter confirming the deal in negative. Here are the experts of the statement:
“This is with reference to the statement issued by Ms Aishwarya Rai's publicist 'Aishwarya denies endorsing Danone' on 30th August. Danone would like to state and inform all its stakeholders, consumers and patrons that it never approached Ms Aishwarya Rai for any of its brands and has no intentions of doing so going forward.”
Even if the company has not signed Aishwarya, they have their business going around well in Pune and Maharashtra. Danone India has until now launched three products in India with different flavors like strawberry, mango and vanilla. The company wants to bring about healthy changes in the people.
