There’s a new girl in John Abraham’s life

After the split of Bipasha Basu and John Abraham, there were lots of news items circulating in the media about them. But it was particularly Bipasha who was constantly in the news. There were a couple of reasons for that; the first was her film Singularity and the second one was her link with the film’s co-star Josh Hartnett.
However, there was nothing from John’s side so to speak of. But, it does not mean that John Abraham will be left behind. Even he has moved on. Actually, it seems, the breakup hardly mattered to him as he was too busy with his work and hardly got any free time on his hands.
But it was been noticed that he is now bonding with a little-known girl. Who the girl is, is not too firmly known. The only two things that have been known of this mystery girl are that she is an upcoming model and that her name is Priya. The two have been bonding well of late.
Hanging out for a cup of coffee is a regular business for them now. They have also been spotted at restaurants as well.

Sonakshi Sinha donated prize money to Being Human

Some days ago we had reported to you about Sonakshi Sinha being on the hot seat of the reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Hey, don’t get astonished. The new actress was on the hot seat of the Bhojpuri version of KBC. Interestingly, the show in hosted by her father Shatrughna Sinha.

Sonakshi won a chunk of an amount on the show answering correct questions all the way. That made it possible for her to win a handsome amount. The Dabangg star, Sonakshi Sinha, directed most of the amount for her mentor Salman Khan’s Being Human foundation.

She said that she believed that donating for a foundation like ‘Being Human’ would mean that the money being used for the right cause. She even said that she would very much like to help those in need. That is the reason why Sonakshi donated the amount to ‘Being Human’.

There is another reason to be happy for Sonakshi Sinha. The actress has turned 24 years old today. Yes, it’s happy birthday time for Sonakshi. The last year has been like a dream for her. Hardly might she have imagined how famous and popular she would have grown a year later.

Anyways, we wish her the best in life and a joyous birthday!

Bollywood ready to help actor Raj Kiran

In a shocking but good news, Bollywood actor Raj Kiran is very much alive. He has been traced to an asylum in the United States. Another good news is that, the entire film industry, specifically Bollywood has come out in full support of Raj Kiran. The big stars have extended their support not only to the actor, but also to his family.

Shah Rukh Khan was amongst the firsts to speak about Raj Kiran. SRK said that he is not aware about all the details. He however said that in spite of this, the industry will stand by him in the hour of crisis. SRK even went on to say that Raj Kiran is one of the finest talents Bollywood has ever seen.

Shah Rukh Khan was out of Mumbai when he spoke about the latest developments about Raj Kiran. The King Khan promised that he would try his best to do whatever he can as soon as he gets back to Mumbai.

Raj Kiran was and is still a great actor and talent of Bollywood. It was due to the efforts of Rishi Kapoor and Deepti Naval that Mr. Raj Kiran could be found. Rishi Kapoor was on a recent visit to the United States. It is then that he came to know about Raj Kiran.

Mithun Chakraborty is one such actor who has worked with Raj Kiran in many films. He also sent in his good wishes for Kiran.

My Lost Love

Here is a personal experience of a guy in love. The name has been changed for privacy reasons.

Hi friends. Myself Ajay. I am 28 year old guy who loves to do freelancing jobs in my spare time, apart from my regular job. I have been in love with a girl for at least one and a half years. We came to know each other through the Internet chat.

She hails from a metropolitan city in India while I come from a lesser known city. She was more modern than me in my eyes. However, we got to know each other very well and came on a friendly track without much effort. My intentions were very clear since the initial stages about my approach towards her.

I just didn’t want to be friends with her. I was actually searching for love. I did not take time to convey her my feelings. It was also the first time for her to be in love and she seemed to enjoy the new feeling in life.

Though we were physically too far from each other, that did not deter or lessen our love by any degree. As a matter of fact, we remained in touch through phone and chat almost every day.

Once in 4 to 6 months, I used to go meet her at her place. There was no objection from either her or her family towards our relationship. Actually, due the conservative nature of my family, I was not able to tell the entire truth to my family members. They only knew that she was just a friend.

Days were going by cozily and we had already painted flowery pictures of our future.

However … the word ‘however’ always brought problems in my life. And so it was this time. However, it was a simple viral infection the relationship between us ended once and for all. As I just said, due to some viral infection she was prohibited from consuming any items made from milk.

When she told me this, I travelled all the way to see her. However, until I was able to make my trip there, she had recovered considerably. She was happy to see me. Her mother permitted us to go out for a walk just for a change. Even she was excited to get the permission.

However, I think, we two were too foolish and immature and did a grave blunder, a blunder that cost us our love. In the excitement of seeing each other we ate chocolate ice-cream in a hotel that evening, as it were summer days.

In a couple of days’ time, the infection again got the better of her and she could not appear for her final year’s exam.

Obviously, we lost touch and contact with each other. In fact we were not allowed to do so. It was really painful to live life that way initially. It is difficult to write in words how one feels in such a heart-break. But that was what was destined for both of us.

Time is a great healer, they say. Time went by and the bruises on the mind and heart healed too.

The social networking made it possible for me to find it out what she is doing currently and how she is. She is happily married and I feel happy in her happiness. As far as my life goes … well, let it go!

A new talk show: Simi Selects: India’s Most Desirable

After the highly successful chat show Koffee With Karan, we are waiting for a new chat show titled Simi Selects: India’s Most Desirable. The chat show will be hosted by Simi Garewal. As the title suggests Simi will be talking to the most desirable and eligible bachelor celebrities from India from various fields.

It is likely that unmarried and single celebrities, who are searching for a life mate like Priyanka Chopra, Yuvraj Singh and Siddhartha Mallya, may be a part of the show.

The organizers are of the opinion that the show is different from the regular chat shows. This show emphasizes on the information about the bachelors. The world will get to know more of them. But importantly, it is the prospective candidates who will benefit from the show the most.

This will be the first of its kind shows where there will be a live audience. The show is spurred by fun games and question and answer sessions among some more fun.

What’s wrong between Josh Hartnett and Bipasha Basu?

Something seems to be wrong with the stars from Hollywood and Bollywood – Josh Hartnett and Bipasha Basu. The pair that was cast in the film Singularity gave many a sign that showed that they are no more single. They paired up well and it was no wrong on the part of the media to call them a pair.
After all there were reasons for them to be addresses as a pair. The relationship of Josh with his girlfriend, Sophie Lie seemed to be a rocky affair. Here, Bips also had broken up with John Abraham. Both Josh and Bipasha got closer to each other in these circumstances. Therefore, it seemed that they were bonding well with each other.
But things have taken a U-turn, it seems. Recently, Josh Hartnett was spotted with his girlfriend Sophie Lie and they very much suggest that there is nothing wrong between them. They are going on fine. They were seen together in New York in the last week. From their behavior it seemed they were going steady.
In spite of all this, reports were not false that both Josh Hartnett and Bipasha Basu were really bonding well and had come close to each other.

YRF postpones the release of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan

The release of the film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan had to be postponed. The reason is that there is a bunch of films being released during that period which has forced the big banner to re-schedule the release of their film which would have otherwise released in the month of July.

Imran Khan, Katrina Kaif and Ali Zafar play the lead roles in the film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif are the two big stars associated with two different films. Imran Khan will be seen in the film Delhi Belly while Katrina Kaif plays the protagonist in the film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

These two films are scheduled to be released around the same time as Mere Brother Ki Dulhan was scheduled for release. It would have been a real nonsense to release Mere Brother Ki Dulhan in the same time zone. For the stars, it would have meant competing with themselves.

Another reason why Yash Raj backed off to release the film was the promotion issue. It would have got very difficult for both Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif to promote their film along with Delhi Belly and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

Common sense prevailed and the YRF banner will now release Mere Brother Ki Dulhan sometime in the month of September.
