The Delhi High Court on Tuesday has sent Bollywood actor
Rajpal Yadav to 10 days police custody. This was in connection for not
disclosing facts about Rs. 5 crores recovery suit that has been filed against
him as well as his wife.
The suit has been filed by an entrepreneur based in Delhi.
Rajpal’s wife was also ordered to be present in the
office of the General Registrar by Justice S. Murlidhar.
The two advocates, who appeared for the Yadav couple
were also in the firing line as the judge issued a notice of contempt of court
against them.
