After the success of Aashiqui 2, there are reports of Aashiqui
3 being in the pipeline. The work might soon get underway is sequels are
becoming fast popular in Bollywood and we could soon see the sequel to Aashiqui
2 as well.
Producer Bhushan Kumar has spoken out his wish to turn Aashiqui
into a franchise along with Bhootnath. Aashiqui 2 got a sequel after a pretty
long gap. However, the film might complete a trilogy sooner than later.
Apart from that producer Bhushan Kumar is also hoping to
carry forward Bhootnath, which is a ghost comedy. There is another film coming
out in 3D, which also happens to be a horror film. The film is titled Creature.
Speaking about the franchise, the producer said that the franchise
type of films is pretty popular in Hollywood and we are getting to see the same
in Bollywood too. He expressed his wish to turn the films in brands. He said
that he is even ready to go to making the fourth part of films if the people
give it a warm response.
