Deepika Padukone rejects a Rs.4 crore dance offer in London

Deepika Padukone has plainly rejected a Rs. 4 crore offer to dance in London at a private function. The offer had come from an affluent Punjabi family which is settled in the United Kingdom. There, she was supposed to dance to the tunes of her DUM MAARO DUM item number. That was not all she was supposed to dance in the same scanty shorts in which she performs in the film for the original song.
Though the celebrations were strictly for the family and close friends, Deepika Padukone was not at all interested in accepting the offer at all. The actress was taken aback when she saw the letter and the amount which was specified in it.
No need to mention that the organizing family was disappointed after getting a refusal from Deepika. They had made elaborate arrangements to recreate the same visual appearance which was in the original song.
It was not the first time that Dippy has got such an offer. However, on every occasion, she has gone ahead and refused them.
The famous Bollywood couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor had also previously rejected to dance at a private marriage ceremony earlier.
